I arrived at approximately 10:45 yesterday. It was about 3 people in line ahead of me. I watched the cashier handle cash and proceeded to handle bagels without gloves (the gentleman behind me noticed this also-we had a conversation about it). I only ordered a beverage. The cashier was not friendly either.

Food is great! Service eh. I order curbed side pick up and waited 10 minutes see other other people pulling in and then coming out so I decided to go in and grab my order and it's not even busy. All I'm saying is why have curbside pick up when you know your employees don't want to do that job.

DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SANDWICHES. I found a curly hair like super curly and dark in my sandwich I tried to call to complain but their Customer service line is busy . please go waste your money elsewhere or at least another Panera.

Slow and rude service from the kitchen staff. Guy who took my order was nice. I asked about my oatmeal after waiting 10 minutes and got a very rude response from one of the ladies in the back. The store was not busy at this time
