Great service
I ordered a half-dozen bagel today, but there were only 5 inside. One Everything Bagel was missing. A half-dozen is 6, not 5—this is unacceptable. I only realized when I got home, which was very frustrating. Customers shouldn’t have to double-check something this basic. Staff need to do their job properly.
I will never come back to this location again.

My orders are ALWAYS delayed at this location, it’s insane.
There where flies in the display on the food. The employee tries to give it to me after I informed her I didn't want it . She put it in my bag after I told her multiple times there where flies on it . I asked her dis they have anymore pastries in the back she said no . Had to get a manager to give me a refund. I waited outside to see would they put the pastries back out and they did . Gross

I’m a regular eater in this place. I like their salad but they started compromising on the quantity of protein and avocado that comes with it. Not a good experience tonight.

Like Many Places in Memphis ... it has a DARKNESS behind the scenes. Employees Are Extremely Lazy, Racist, Bullying, Roaches, Horrible Customer Service, 2-Faced Slander, and Some Employees High as a Kite While Working, Including an Asst Manager! Pay Attention ... That's All it Takes to See 👀 But I'm NEVER Going Here Again!!

If you are going to work in service, you should learn how to be of service. If you are going to be rude and snappy when I am just making sure my order is correct, don’t work in food!
Not at all sure who’s working today, but I came in for a complimentary sandwich because on March 25 my delivery order was wrong. The cashier told her manager the log was out dated and out of order, so she just put the order for the sandwich in. The manager snaps at her and says and then insinuates I could be lying. Baby lie for what?
Anywho, 0/10 I do not recommend! Definitely won’t be back to this location.
Editing because I didn't word it well. Poor cashier was treated badly this morning! (March 30th). Customer (black woman) was being ugly in every way! Cashier (white) was sweet in spite of it. Then I heard the customer lie to management about the cashier so she can get special treatment. Total scammer!!!! I'm black. Should have said something because I didn't hear anyone standing up for the cashier. Total fail panera bread team!! You're encouraging mistreatment and entitlement. Hope sharing this will make up for my silence ❤️

I called and spoke with the manager on duty regarding a specific question and she was very rude and didn’t seem to comprehend. She then hung up on me without answering the question or taking time to listen.

20+ min to get 2 of the same thing, kitchen crew was very lackadaisical and took their time, not caring that you the customer have a finite amount of it for lunch!!!
