I went in and ordered the special I'd seen advertised non-stop, a $7 chicken bacon sandwich. "That's all, thanks." Paid with credit card and went to wait for my order. I see her throw a bag of chips in the bag. "I didn't order chips." "That comes with it." Looked at my receipt and realized they'd charged me $12+. "You have to tell them you only want the sandwich." "I did." "I guess you didn't." "I guess you can keep it and refund my money." I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon. Back to Subway!

I order the oatmeal on two different days and each time it was something with the oatmeal. First time Cold with water still in it and the second half way full with no fruit.

I enjoyed my visit to Panera Bread. Since this was a business meeting I appreciate the quiet atmosphere which allowed me to concentrate on the new material. I ordered a Greek Salad with a side of avocado. I must say I was glad I did. The salad was fresh, filling and more than enough. This was maybe my third time visiting Panera Bread, with each visit there were no complaints. I will make it a point to visit more often.
