I haven’t been to Panera bread in a long time. I was not disappointed and thoroughly enjoyed the delicious chili that I had never tasted before from there. It was full of beans and meat then wonderful sauce as you would expect from a good chili. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, with a smile. I wish the drink fountain was more in the middle of the restaurant instead of in the very back. That is the only issue I had. I ended up taking four large portions of chili to go. My family enjoyed it as well.

Stopped here for lunch after the zoo and everything was so good. They were swamped and there was a long wait but the food was hot ana fresh and worth the wait.
I’m confused as to why there’s one guy running two counters during lunch time. Wasted my lunch break in line, had to just leave
I ordered ahead of time, by 2 hours, to give them PLENTY of time to make my order of a half sandwich with no changes and one cup of soup with no changes. I ordered it online around 8am and said I needed it no later than 10:20am.
It is now 11:20am. This is the most ridiculous restaurant experience I’ve ever had....you’re telling me that simple order took an HOUR to make?
I used to work at a Panera so I know they aren’t making it fresh. Nobody had an explanation for why it took an hour. I wasn’t throwing a fit, I get that things happen sometimes that are out of your control. But now I’m upset that my food took an hour AND I was blown off when I asked why it took so long.
My grandchildren love the food and that makes me HAPPY 😊

This is Panera Bread... It is exactly what one would expect from a Panera Bread. I felt a cup of soup, half a sandwich, and coffee should have been a little less than. $14 and some change. The soup was good, the sandwich was not bad, the coffee was okay to yet much better than a cup from a gas station. After being in less than desirable areas of Memphis, it felt as if it was in a mall where I wasn't likely not get mugged or shot.
Ordered a full chipotle chicken sandwich. This is how much chicken was on my sandwich. My husband’s was worse. His pic is the last one. Won’t be going back.
