when i say omg, i meant just that. my coworker had our team food catered.. and when i tell you they didn't miss is exactly correct. the steak omg was the best i've had so far. it was juicy, flavorful and you could actually eat it if you didn't have teeth. the chicken was absolutely wonderful. i have told so many people about it since my experience. only thing that i hated was that the company only caters.:(. all the food down to the desserts was absolutely amazing. if i ever need anything catered i would most definetly use this company.

I had a horrible experience with Panini Catering that I need to share. I reached out to them to ask about their cappuccino bar, but what I got was a sales pitch for a full buffet and a bunch of extras we didn’t want.

Steve, the owner, seemed more interested in upselling than listening to our needs. When I tried to clarify that we only wanted to discuss the coffee bar, he accused us of not being clear in our initial inquiry, which simply wasn’t true.

To top it off, he said, “I’ll send you a quote,” and then hung up in my face. The whole interaction felt really unprofessional and left me feeling disrespected as a potential customer.

If you’re considering Panini Catering, I’d think twice. There are plenty of other catering options that value communication and customer service way more than this experience.

Also, this catering company was on a list of preferred vendors at our venue. I’ll be letting the venue know they need to remove panini because they wouldn’t want to be associated with such a rude and unprofessional business.

Great food and easy to deal with!

I would look elsewhere if you want catering for your wedding. My fiancé and I wanted to use this company based on the pricing we saw online as well as the menu options. The initial phone call went well, but things took a turn when we got into more details through email. After going back and forth with the owner Steve via email, we found that his pricing is not what’s reflected on the website. Apparently having a weekend wedding has a $3300 minimum and if you want the cappuccino bar you must pay for a minimum of 2 hours at $400. It wasn’t until the day before our scheduled tasting that Steve said he could not cater our wedding because our quoted price fell below this undisclosed $3300 minimum after removing the cappuccino bar and one dish. Not even with the decency for a phone call! Their website says they will cater any event, nothing too big or too small. My personal experience proved that claim to be false. Find a catering company that actually values client experience, is honest about pricing, and doesn’t turn away from compromising.

We have used them for the past two years for our high school cross country banquets. They have been wonderful to work with and the food has been outstanding every time. Each year the parents ask me where the food came from. They handle everything and make the process so effortless. Highly recommend. I have had their lunches at work meetings and they were wonderful too! Definitely give them a call for your catering needs!

This is a fantastic catering business. Wonderful food and staff that really cares. Food is high end and deliciously displayed. These are professionals that really care about your particular event and you as a person. They will cater to your needs and fill your bellies with the best catering in Memphis! Could not recommend anyone else!

I had this catered at a lunch banquet, and I felt I needed to leave a review to allow the company to know how short they fell. The turkey and ham were great. The gravy looked like mucus, but it did taste good. The kicker was the green beans almondine. I'm not sure why they kept the pan of oily almonds out when there were about ten green beans swimming in it, but it just wasn't a great look, and I realized I would not hire this company for my own business in the future because it just looked pitiful! The lady fished me out some green beans, and they were really good. But if you ran out of green beans to the point you have to fish them out of almonds and oil, just take them off the table.

The second kicker was the desserts. Everyone at my table got the butterscotch cheesecake trifle-looking stuff, and one by one we each tried it and got pretty grossed out. It was sour, room temperature, and basically just liquid. It looked like curdled slop. I really don't think the caterers tasted what they gave us because they wouldn't have served it if they did. Come on, y'all! Taste your food!! One other person had the "chocolate mousse". It was chocolate pudding.

Overall it seemed like none of the staff had any pride in their food. But also it seemed like they didn't know how to create the food they were serving! Pudding is not mousse, and it's fine that it was pudding, it's just that if you call it mousse then have the culinary expertise to actually make mousse. Or just call it pudding! I don't know, maybe it was an off day, but what a weird experience to have odd and poorly executed food from a... food company.

Editing to lower to 2 stars: I have since been informed they ran out of food an hour and a half before our luncheon was over. To be clear, I was solely a patron. I did not book your company. But this first thing I did after I ate was come leave this review. Really bewildering company and people who work for it.

was trying to pull off a surprise birthday party for my wife and 50 people coming. I had never used a caterer and a friend said Panini was really good. i reached out to Steve and he said don’t worry this will turn out great. thanks to Panini it did. Steve was great to work with and always answered the phone or called right back. Food was outstanding. Everyone loved it. Highly recommend

We have "Munch & Mingle Monday's" every Monday at Bryce where we serve a hot lunch to all of our employees who want to join in. Steve, the owner, makes the entire process effortless. Not only does Panini Catering make it easy to do, they have an extensive menu for every occasion and I have gotten so many compliments on the food. His staff is well trained and are fully attentive. A big thank you to you Steve, and Panini Catering for making our Munch & Mingle Monday lunches at Bryce so delicious, easy and affordable.

Confession – I don’t usually eat lunch, so I have not tried to many of the things that you bring, however, everyone else always tells me how good it is.

Nevertheless, it smelled so good today that I tried a steak kabob and when I put it on my plate, I was hoping that I steak knife. But noooooo need. That was the most tender steak I have ever had. Excellent.

Panini did a great job making our celebration even more special with the delicious food and timely service they provided! I recommend them to anyone planning an event!

Panini catered lunch for our staff today and it was excellent!! We had the Chicken Picata and Beef Bolognese with all the trimmings and dessert!! Steve, Chef David , and the staff provided a lunch that you would normally get at an upscale restaurant!!! Wonderful meal guys, we will definitely be ordering again!!!

Steve and his team did an amazing job catering my daughter’s wedding. The food was so delicious, we are still receiving compliments on it. The price was affordable and fair. They offer a wide variety of menu options and service choices. We chose drop-off to our event and the menu of Rosemary fried chicken, roasted potatoes (so tasty!), asparagus, and dinner rolls. This was our first time using a caterer and we have recommended them to everyone who has asked. Will definitely use Panini Catering again in the future!

Panini Catering does not disappoint! We've used them on several occasions and have been pleased with the team's professionalism and the great tasting food...from the omelette buffet to the fajita bar the taste and presentation is top notch!!! Thank you for making our events amazing, Steve and Team!
