“I can not give enough praise to the current manager. It's almost impossible to find genuinely good customer service, but this lady delivered! Our dasher didn't grab 3/4 of the order, so we called, expecting nobody to answer. When we called, she knew what the problem is before she ever talked to us. She diffused the situation immediately and had a restaurant employee deliver everything. And they re-fired every single thing, y'all. Not one cold item. They just goy my regular business back.“
“My friend ordered a pizza ? for us & it had the cheese in the crust & it was delicious! She ordered over the phone & I went to pick it up! Great customer service over the phone & in person! I have always preferred papa John's crust over any other pizza! I am not a big pizza fan but definitely enjoy papa John's pizza! Keep up the great job! ?“
“My order was delivered through Uber Eats by KEYAIRA.Quick! Fast! & In A Hurry!!! Way ahead of schedule!!!Everything was HOT and DELICIOUS!!! All my favorite veggies without having to customize! “Exceptional/phenomenal customer service deserves a GREAT REVIEW! I haven't had papa Johns in a while but I'm so gladi went tonight! Whenever I first walked in, I was immediately greeted when I walked in! Alexis immediately came and save the day with my order. Alexis was very professional, helpful, and very patient. Her personality is awesome! She smiled the whole time while helping me and was very friendly. The lady at the counter was nice also, I didn't get her name. Everyone that I came in contact with was very nice. Let's not talk about how GREAT the pizza looked‼️ I needed help taking my food to the car. Alexis asked Mr. John would he help me and without hesitation, he happily assisted me with my carryout. Thank you Mr. John for your kind heart! May God bless all of you greatly! “The pizza was great. I chose to pick it up at this location. The only negative is that they had only one person working at the register. This meant the wait was longer than it should have been as she was also having to assist with organizing takeaway boxes, etc for other orders that were coming in.“
“great food depending on who's working some people just care about there job than others the last time I didn't get my ckn and delivery driver said was going to bring it back but never did and onions on pizza that was supposed to be No onions“
