I ordered 2 pizzas and a brownie, let me be the first to say the bottom of the pizza was not edible it was if I was biting into the box it came with, there was hardly any sauce in the pizza and the brownie tasted as if it got cooked the day before yesterday. I brought this for my grandchildren and not even would they eat this. So I had to go and spend more money on food. No, I don’t think that I would recommend the papa John on union avenue
Typically my experience here has been good. Ive always ordered for delivery to my home. Out of the 3 times I’ve ordered, only had one unpleasant experience. It was raining outside and apparently they use doordash sometimes cause the guy called saying he was doordash. The guy was outside with my pizza letting the box get drenched. Which was very disappointing, almost like the guy didnt care. I dont like that they use doordash, thats why I direct order to papa johns so I can avoid experiences like that.
Always professional and punctuate. Wayy more pizza than I could handle but I enjoyed it.

I’m not sure if it’s just this franchise or all Papa John’s locations, but I went in because I was already in the area and was told any special offers are only online. That is ridiculous! I understand we are in the digital age and all, but the fact that I will be forced to either download another app or log in a website to see offers for PIZZA when I am in the building is not customer friendly. Personally, I have had a lot of issues in the past with the Papa John’s online experience and started going to Marco’s a while back. This situation just solidified my decision.

I ordered a large half pep and half cheese pizza, they didn’t make the pizza with full cheese it was spaces in the pizza like something had been placed on them but removed, and then I’m pretty sure a large came with 8 slices right? I only got 7 slices and the pizza was not hot the crust was hard and one small problem was that they didn’t put any banana pepper or garlic cup in my box and the cashier had a attitude also I didn’t look at the name tag but she was a girl.
