Exceptional/phenomenal customer service deserves a GREAT REVIEW! I haven't had papa Johns in a while but I'm so gladi went tonight! My son loves Papa John's Pizza. I took him there yesterday. The pizza was ready in 15 minutes. You could see the steam coming off the pizza when we opened the box. I had a slice it was good. We prefer Papa Johns Pizza over any other pizza. We will probably be back next week.

Out of the 3 times I’ve ordered, only had one unpleasant experience.
It was raining outside and apparently they use doordash sometimes cause the guy called saying he was doordash. The guy was outside with my pizza letting the box get drenched. Which was very disappointing, almost like the guy didnt care.
I dont like that they use doordash, thats why I direct order...
