I ordered online..the online order form should have a place for special instructions, like please add a seasoning packs with my delivery..I called the store and spoke to Amanda and asked her specifically to make sure I got the green seasoning pack with my order..she said ok, low and behold , NO SEASONING!!!!! SO PISSED!!!

I had a really disappointing experience at this Papa John’s location today around 2 PM. I placed an order through the Uber Eats app and went to pick it up, but the staff made it way more difficult than necessary.
First, they asked me to show my phone to confirm the order, which I did, including my name to prove it matched. Even after that, they still refused to give me my food. Then, they insisted I swipe right in the app to complete the order before handing it over—so I did. But after that, they wanted me to prove that I had swiped, which isn’t even possible to show. I even showed them the receipt, yet they still wouldn’t release my order.
The worst part? I was the only customer there, and the way the manager handled the situation was rude and unprofessional. I’ve been a Papa John’s customer for years and have used Uber Eats plenty of times, and I’ve never had an experience like this—not even close. Honestly, I can’t shake the feeling that racism played a part in how I was treated.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company’s reputation. I won’t be returning to this location.

I WOULD LIKE TO SEND A picture of the pizza. I took a picture of it. Flat as a piece of paper all the pizza curled up.

We had great service and good food the only thing was the prices we had two pizzas cheese bread and garlic bread and it was over 50$ I feel every one should get the same specials the app has a lot of older people don't like putting their bank information in their phone for all these food apps but they should get the same specials and discounts

So I placed an order for delivery. I will say they beat the estimated delivery time. However that means little if you forget items in the order. They also use DoorDash to deliver, and my items were handed to me through a car window, never being placed in a thermal delivery bag. So by the time I got it open to eat, it’s all mostly cold. I called twice and was hung up on twice. Not worth my time or energy right now to try a third time. Just won’t order from here again.
