DO NOT order through a delivery service! I ordered lunch - papadia bundle and cinnamon pull apart. I did not receive my soda or dipping sauce. I was told by the Uber Eats driver that this Papa John’s location leaves people’s items off their orders all the time. I called the restaurant and spent my entire lunch on hold listening to their recording… I never got to speak to anyone. So in essence, I just spent $30 on a $7 papadia and a $5 box of cinnamon bites…

The worst customer service I ordered online and they never got it and I was still charged. When I called with the confirmation number they said they couldn’t look up my confirmation numbers I had to call customer service and go through a whole hour of an ordeal just to cancel the order so I didn’t get charged. Delivery online is a joke.

I ordered a Philly cheesesteak pizza and Italian sausage. I was delivered a cold sausage pizza and when I called the store Dewayne said there would be a 27 minute hold and put me on hold before I could even reply! I can't eat the red sauce so that $33 down the drain!

Papa John's in Memphis TN is some crooks 33.41 for a large pizza and a order of breadsticks but did not put my 2 liter drink on the order which the guy read it back to me and said it was on there. Now they don't want to answer the phone to make things right. This place is a joke, I will never order from them ever again.

My app ordered a pizza to the wrong address 35 mins on hold 5 phone calls and no one to help. Just keep being put on hold. Ridiculous! Never have I ever! $40.00 wasted on a pizza delivered to the wrong address and not one damn person to help!
