I normally order my food from Papa John’s in Bartlett Tennessee. I was on an important phone call so I accidentally clicked the Papa Johns on Austin Peay I would never ever do it again. I called the restaurant to see where my food was and something told me to open my front door. My food was sitting outside on my porch and I asked a man at the restaurant I said where is my food he said it should be on his way. I got no notification that my Food was on his way. He tell me oh we use DoorDash in the morning time because we don’t have anybody to deliver the food and I’m saying to myself. Oh my God Lord don’t never let me make this mistake again because I don’t eat anywhere in Raleigh and don’t give me wrong there’s nothing wrong with Riley. It’s just I don’t feel the food would be up to par. So I got a pepperoni pizza and I got a Papa deal. I did eat one part of my papa deal then when I was about to eat this part, it’s like they didn’t even let the cheese milk all the way I have never had no issue in Bartlett ever, but I can’t Other people not to eat at Papa John’s On Austin Peay I will never eat there again. If I did not tell you to leave my food in front of the door, that’s not what you do you Knock on my door and you give me my food like I asked, but it is what it is Papa John’s onAustin Peay all should be ashamed of yourself how you all made this papa but this was my lesson learned. I need to be more careful when I’m ordering online.

First for all, DON'T order your food online at the location! I ordered my around 3pm and stated that I wanted my food delivered at 630pm. I received NO notification that my food would be late. It was after 7pm when I checked my email and saw that my food would be delivered at 751pm!!!! I called the restaurant only to be told that there weren't many door dash drivers so I had to go get my food. To add insult to injury, there were 2 door dash drivers present at the restaurant when i arrived. I was told that my food sat there for an hour which was ridiculous. I spent $100 for cold pizza. These people had over 2 hours in advance to insure that my order would be delivered on time and they failed. You'd think that my food would be remade or that I would receive a discount for my troubles but NOPE!! The server even gave me a very weak apology. This is a perfect example of poor customer service.

Do not order from this papa John’s, I ordered a xl supreme pizza for a hotel that I’m staying at after a long road trip. They told me it would be 30 to 45 minutes for the pizza to be delivered. It’s been over an hours and I still didn’t receive it. I called them trying to see what’s going on and they put me on hold for 10. Don’t order from this restaurant.

Very nice service. 7-12-25 My pizza was delicious! A large pepperoni, sausage, and pineapple with a barbecue base crust. Inside the restaurant was clean and parking lot was clean. Great job👍

So I noticed that the guy making the pizza does not change his gloves which is very nasty not only that my black olives were very old and funky….. I’m the wrong person to come give nasty food to just because of my job this is what I do I’ll be back 🤢🤢🤢
The managers are wonderful! We had a late delivery and there was a mix up on our pizza. The managers very kind and quick to handle the situation. Thanks guys!

The pizza was great. I chose to pick it up at this location. The only negative is that they had only one person working at the register. This meant the wait was longer than it should have been as she was also having to assist with organizing takeaway boxes, etc for other orders that were coming in.

Ordered pizza, a bowel and cheese stick through papa johns not door dash. Food gets here and driver says no bowel they tried to call, won't and or can't answer questions because it's door dash. I have been called called by this store in the past so I know number is correct. I call to see if I was still charged , and she goes we tried to call to bad. I have no missed calls , and finally go you must be lying then because I recieved no calls she hangs up on me. Call back second woman answers says it's my fault don't order through doordash I ordered through them, and go why wasn't the ordered canceled or reduced if you couldn't make it. Your fault sir answer you didn't answer my phone , so they seem to be lying to me and scamming out of money do not order at this location they are theives and liars. And not seeking to correct ripping of your money just saying my fault, they did not p t call and I checked info is correct they will rip you off here say your fault and laugh

Just ordered Papa John’s the Austin Peay Location Memphis Tennessee. 11:32am Monday April 14 2025. The Lady over the phone had the rudest Attitude I ever experienced from any business. TERRIBLE customer service and you guys just opened the store. Not to mention last time I ordered they’re my food wasn’t done and this was the second chance I gave this location. I definitely don’t think I’ll be the only person complaining about this lady, we have to do better for Austin Peay.
