Very nice service. 7-12-25 My pizza was delicious! A large pepperoni, sausage, and pineapple with a barbecue base crust. Inside the restaurant was clean and parking lot was clean. Great job👍

So I noticed that the guy making the pizza does not change his gloves which is very nasty not only that my black olives were very old and funky….. I’m the wrong person to come give nasty food to just because of my job this is what I do I’ll be back 🤢🤢🤢

The pizza was great. I chose to pick it up at this location. The only negative is that they had only one person working at the register. This meant the wait was longer than it should have been as she was also having to assist with organizing takeaway boxes, etc for other orders that were coming in.

Ordered pizza, a bowel and cheese stick through papa johns not door dash. Food gets here and driver says no bowel they tried to call, won't and or can't answer questions because it's door dash. I have been called called by this store in the past so I know number is correct. I call to see if I was still charged , and she goes we tried to call to bad. I have no missed calls , and finally go you must be lying then because I recieved no calls she hangs up on me. Call back second woman answers says it's my fault don't order through doordash I ordered through them, and go why wasn't the ordered canceled or reduced if you couldn't make it. Your fault sir answer you didn't answer my phone , so they seem to be lying to me and scamming out of money do not order at this location they are theives and liars. And not seeking to correct ripping of your money just saying my fault, they did not p t call and I checked info is correct they will rip you off here say your fault and laugh

Just ordered Papa John’s the Austin Peay Location Memphis Tennessee. 11:32am Monday April 14 2025. The Lady over the phone had the rudest Attitude I ever experienced from any business. TERRIBLE customer service and you guys just opened the store. Not to mention last time I ordered they’re my food wasn’t done and this was the second chance I gave this location. I definitely don’t think I’ll be the only person complaining about this lady, we have to do better for Austin Peay.

Had a terrible experience with a Papa John's DoorDash driver. He called claiming I provided the wrong address, even though I confirmed it was correct. After going back and forth trying to guide him, he insisted he was at my location—yet I was standing outside, and he was nowhere to be found. Even after telling him multiple times he wasn’t at the right place, he argued instead of listening. I finally told him to cancel my order and hung up. Minutes later, he magically found me. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional service.

Very very poor customer service completely the lady on the front with all the ear rings in her face acted as if she couldn’t hear me and had a very foul attitude with it she shouldn’t be on the register with a attitude like that and dealing with the public
I ordered a suausage and pepperoni pizz, but they put ham on it. Then the cheese pizza was supposed to be the specialty but it was thrown on there. Would not recommend the Austin Peay location.

I ordered at the Austin pea location. Pizza was good but 10/10 DONT recommend the so called "boneless wing". I ordered the boneless buffalo and got microwave chicken nuggets with only a small amount of sauce didn't cover all the nuggets, they were horrible and cold in the middle and they gave me the wrong dipping sauce, waited an hour and got no compensation for waisting my time. Severely disappointed.
