The food was hot and tasted good. Of course, this establishment doesn't offer dine in, and that's ok. When I visited this location , both times there were people loitering. I don't like that, BUT the people didn't bother me. They were just obnoxious, singing loudly and laying down near the door and standing closely near the entrance also. I don't think the business is to blame. Just be aware.

Good afternoon, the worst service of all, I ordered my order with delivery at home, at 7:50 pm and then at 9:35 they canceled my order and the worst thing is that they didn't even call me or notify me, I just realized how 1 hour later I went in to review my order, after that no one contacted me, I had to call and they didn't even give me an explanation and they also refunded my money after 5 business days. This is the worst. I don't give it even one star!!!! I do not recommend it!!!!

Terrible service, they should close them for an hour to get a pizza, it took them a while to get my order, it was raw, and when I got home to try it, it tasted like soap, I would never buy again.

I’m very disappointed with the lack of change provided when they delivered your pizza. The delivery process needs to improve they need to deliver their own pizzas and not doordash. They never have change when the delivery person arrives. It’s inconvenient that they only have change for a 20 when you have a 50.

Door dash ran off with my orders twice and I was told it’s not papa johns fault. They need to stop working with door dash and start delivering the pizza on their own

Ryan was awesome. My kids loved their food. Ryan stood on his word that pizzas would be ready in 15 minutes, even tho they were busy and the pizzas were ready on time and delicious. Thank you Ryan for delivering excellent customer service. ?

My experience with this location was awful. We ordered two papa bowls and a diet soda. When the delivery driver arrived they were carrying the bag sideways so all of the toppings had slid to one side making a mess. One of the bowls was made with completely wrong toppings and the soda was not diet. When we called to get this resolved the person who picked up was rude and said the only thing they could do was remake everything and send it out. We had already waited an hour for the wrong order and were hoping for a partial refund for the incorrect items. This was apparently not an option. We will not be ordering from this location again and probably not from Papa Johns due to the lack of customer service we have received.
