There's an old saying, the third time is the charm. In this case, the third time is the final nail in the coffin for this place and me. I have ordered in advance online, and when I get there they have a very rude and unfriendly attitude, and they haven't usually even started on the order an hour later.I would also like to add that the employees have some really passive aggressive confrontational attitudes. I came here to pick up some pizzas for my daughter, not to enter into some semi-confrontational situation with some kid. I nearly 50 years old and a veteran of the United States Army, I am not about to be impressed by some little bratty kid with an attitude, and that is what this place is stuff full of.I know the Papa John's in Bartlett and in Lakeland are great. But, this location needs to close permanently

Do not order from here they use door dash had to go meet the driver that spoke no English. Pay for a delivery fee and a tip and you are still incovienced to get your food. The pizza was so dry had no sauce on it disgusting. If I would of know they use door dash I would of ordered from somewhere else. I will never order from here again and I will make sure everyone I know doesn't either.

Pizza was undercooked. Then, the lady manager had a horrible attitude when I brought it back the next morning. Saying they cooked at the wrong temp. Not only did they not want to give a refund and make pizza over. She kept stating it was her birthday, and she was not going to let anyone ruin it. Then said corporate coming got to be cool. If I didn't have to work, I would have stayed like I worked there waiting on Corp. Never again.

I came here to pick up a pizza and not only was it not ready on time, but they hadn't even started on it yet. I overheard one of the cooks saying "I'm so high right now I have no idea whats going on." So I guess that explains why they can't keep up with the orders.

I rarely write reviews but I had such a horrible experience with the manager Louise at this location that I have to bring attention to this location. My order was delivered incorrectly so I called to speak to the manager to make them aware that I received someone else’s order. The manager was EXTREMELY rude and told me that I would need to bring the order back to the store in order for them to remake my order. She never apologized and yelled at me through the phone and told me that I wouldn’t get my order fixed unless I brought the pizzas back (even though I placed my delivery order directly with the store). She called me a liar even though I was able to provide the order and name of the customer that I received. She hung up in my face and told me i wouldn’t get my order unless I brought the incorrect order back to this location. I came back into the store with the pizzas and she was still very defensive and blamed the door dash driver (although my original order was not placed through door dash). She still didn’t apologize and she blamed her temper on the store being “too busy” and said my pizzas were being remade. This is the worst experience I have EVER had with any business. There’s no way this manager has any management experience because she was extremely out of line.
