My friend ordered a pizza ? for us & it had the cheese in the crust & it was delicious! She ordered over the phone & I went to pick it up! Great customer service over the phone & in person! I have always preferred papa John's crust over any other pizza! I am not a big pizza fan but definitely enjoy papa John's pizza! Keep up the great job! ?

Ordered pizza, wings and cheesesticks and dessert. The plain wings were very tasty, but the Philly Cheesesteak and the 2 topping pizza were horrible. The Twix bites were burnt and the cheese sticks were missing cheese. So when they asked by email how my order was I told them. Corporate kindly sent me a credit for the bad products, but guess what, you can't use the credit toward specials, you have to pay full menu price for everything. My family special for $26.99 became $42 at menu price which of course "eats up" the store credit and I'm out of pocket for the rest of the items, crazy, huh! The woman who was so rude on the phone was much more civil when I drove to store in person, but still, useless. Why would a store work so hard to drive one of their best customers and tippers away?

I came to thai location 2 minutes before closing and Robin allowed me to still come in and place an order. she was so patient and helpful! she has no idea that i’d had a long day and was starving but she helped me anyway. thank you Robin, you made my night!!!

Every Papa John’s I’ve Ever Been To Has Good Pizza & Good Service ! This location did not disappoint ! They made the pizza correctly even though it was almost closing time and some ingredients were only to go one side. I would recommend !

I hardly leave reviews, but I felt inclined to comment on the customer service at this location. First, my experience with placing a carry out order over the phone was exceptionally smooth. Secondly, upon walking into the store, I was kindly greeted and asked how I was doing. I could tell it was genuine. Nowadays, it seems no one ever provides good customer service, and I just wanted to thank the employees for their work and effort!
