I can not give enough praise to the current manager. It's almost impossible to find genuinely good customer service, but this lady delivered! Our dasher didn't grab 3/4 of the order, so we called, expecting nobody to answer. When we called, she knew what the problem is before she ever talked to us. She diffused the situation immediately and had a restaurant employee deliver everything. And they re-fired every single thing, y'all. Not one cold item. They just goy my regular business back.

This had to be the WORST experience EVER from a Pizza Delivery.. half our order didn't make it to us, New driver had to bring us the rest- so guess who had COLD WINGS, PIZZA AND CHEESE STICKS!!! If my family is dropping 120.00 on an order at your establishment for PIZZA.... At least have the courtesy to offer an APOLOGY for your mistake.. the manager was RUDE!!!! And honestly- the food was gross.. maybe because it was cold who knows.. but I would NEVER order her again to find out!

I ordered my pizza 3 hours a go but the girl she spoke to me on the phone is very liaing me for 3 hours finally she told me we can't send you your order because we can't find the address but the address wasn't the issue it is a truck stop and nothing issue with the address but she is super liar if she don't want my order why she didn't told me on time

This was a pick up order and they were on point. I didn't get the young lady name but she had a line of door dash, UberEATS, online orders. She had people literally lining up to pick up food and she nailed it. By the time I got my food there were 3 people waiting. Great job Pappa John's
