Paradox Catering went above and beyond for our event! They worked with me to create a custom menu tailored perfectly to our needs, and every single dish was a masterpiece. From the first bite to the last, the food was absolutely mouth-watering—flavorful, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection.

Our guests couldn’t stop raving—everyone was over the moon with the food! The variety, the freshness, and the creativity in every course made the entire experience unforgettable. The attention to detail and the way each dish burst with flavor left us all wanting seconds (and thirds!).

Reflecting on the time that I almost died from food poisoning working an event that Paradox catered and realized, perhaps 1 star is too harsh. For you see I gained an experience I, and nobody on that site, will ever forget. I reference how bad that catering was at least once every two months and this was years ago. I still have vitriol and a general feeling of "These people should never be let near food or the public again" but honestly I feel that maybe they just haven't found their niche. For instance perhaps they would function better using their cooking skills as a government contractor, the government could feed their food to terrorists as a form of torture. Of course thats if it doesn't kill them first. Paradox catering truly lives up to their name, as I cannot figure out how these people cook food with the quality of mexican water and still be in business.

Having such a great time preparing for an engagement party in May. Menu choices are different than an ordinary catering service and response time is very quick.

We used Paradox for our wedding reception bar at the Shelby Farm’s FedEx Event Center in July 2023. Paradox was able to recommend a great selection of local beers, wines and spirits and for a very reasonable price. Good experience overall!

Paradox Catering did a wonderful job for our daughter's celebration. They were easy to work with and helped us come up with the perfect menu that fit our budget. Paradox catered the Roses and Croquet event at the Botanic Garden. The food was amazing. All of the dips were delicious with his homemade chips and delicious veggies, especially the roasted carrots. His signature dip was a huge hit. Great presentation also.

Had them for my mother in law's birthday dinner and it was a great experience all around. Even took the time to explain to me every single option of food that they offered for the dinner (took a while I am not a food expert). Showed up early made great food and were so nice to talk to and deal with for the entire dinner. I have them booked again to do a dinner at my brewery. Great all around!
