The water ice is really good but I limited myself on what flavor to order due to the spoons being used between all the different flavors but not cleaned between the different uses. The strawberry lemonade was really good though.

Went to get one single funnel cake. Paid and waited over 40 minutes in 30 degree weather only for me to finally ask for my money back. After asking for a refund the people in the food truck start talking and then just ignore me standing there. After asking again about a refund they give me a refund and then proceeded to tell me that they could never have make the funnel cake because they didn’t have the mix needed for it.

I went in the store one evening because I haven’t had any in a while. I got a gelato and right after I walked out the whip cream fell off. (Mind you, I laughed it off and walked in smiling) I asked if I could get some more. I had offered to pay, but The owner said they couldn’t put the cream back on top since it’s been out the door. Understood. But why were you so rude about it? As if I came raging in about the cream. Didn’t even offer to put it in a cup as long as I pay for it. I respect policies wherever I go but that type of customer service runs people away.
