Always an excellent experience...food, service, elegant setting, view of Mississippi River continues in the gloried tradition established by George Falls.

The Easter Brunch menu leaned heavily on shellfish. While I like it and can eat it, it felt very limiting. Would have liked some more traditional Paulette's brunch items (crepes, for main course, not just dessert).

We had a great time dinner. The ambience and service was exceptional. The food was very good.

The dining experience at Paulette's is definitely not what it used to me. Specifically, the appitizer of deviled eggs were so rich with smoke taste that my nephew referred to them as "campfire eggs". The crab omelette was so sparse in crab that I am not sure it qualified for the name lump crab. The plate presented horribly with a cherry tomato cut in half and some hard tidbits of potatoes that had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp or something similar. Ultimately, the waitress brought the check and stated that she did not add the 20% gratuity because she was "at least a 22%" server. I tipped her $60 on a $233 check, even though the services was at most....a 10% experience. Additionally, she withheld the popovers until we ordered, as if to say getting them too soon might result in another plate of them. This was a special occasion of Palm Sunday with my family and I can say that I was actually embarrassed of the once famed destiny.

Convenient (for River Inn guests), comfortable, otherwise over priced for the food quality and service (one server for the entire restaurant and bar).

Excellent food and lovely dining room! I always feel like I'm in another city when I dine at Paulette's.

We went for breakfast this time and it a far better choice than gong for dinner. Of course, the dining room is elegantly simple and lovely. The service is always good, morning or night, and the breakfast is quite good. We had the American breakfast and the veggie omelette served with the grits. The portions were perfect. The food good and prices fair. We like going to Paulette's for a special breakfast once in a while. Highly recommend.

I learned after I arrived that you have to call ahead if you want to be served popovers and strawberry butter, otherwise you get served rolls. Part of the Paulette experience has always been popovers. While trying to eat my birthday lunch we were attacked by several flies. What a shock! I am not sure that I will ever go back.

What a disappointment. We really enjoy Paulette’s but we will not be back. The service was so nonexistent. When you charge $3 for tea you need to refill it at least once. She never cleared dirty plates or refilled anything. When dessert was delivered, the bottom of the plate was covered in chocolate. The disgusting part of that is we had no chocolate. It is from someone else’s good. The food was incredibly bland. If your food isn’t terrific at these prices, your service sure better be.

It was not a busy night. When we arrived, there was no hostess on duty until we asked for one, 10 minutes later. When she arrived, she copped an attitude. The food was fabulous with portions to fill a hungry man. The waitress was attentive but forgetful. My wife and I enjoyed the live pianist playing in the background and the quiet environment allowed us to have great conversation.

Seems like a high quality restaurant given the setting, but the food was boring and mostly over priced, especially the entrees. Ordered a steak medium rare and it came out medium well. Appetizer (watermelon caprese) was prepared like an amateur bistro dish. Cocktails read well on the menu but tasted flat. The wine list was lame and the only glass of cabernet sauv available for my steak was mid shelf grocery store quality. Expected to be wowed by something, anything at this restaurant for this price. Wouldn't go again or recommend.

Paulette's is a very classy and professional restaurant with excellent employees. It was a pleasure to go there every time. The plating is picture perfect. A real jewel in Memphis.

We had a wonderful server that we had met at previous meals- Anastasia. She did an excellent job of helping us select and serving us. We shared the famous K pie among four of us! The perfect ending to a delicious meal.

We went for brunch on a Saturday. We had to hunt someone down as there was as usual no one at the front to greet you. We were seated and it took 10+ minutes for someone to come to the table to take drink order. I ordered coffee and it took 15 minutes to come and it was not hot. Rest of the party had mimosas or iced tea. We asked why everything was taking so long and was informed that there were only 2 waitstaff working. The food came lukewarm but was tasty. This was our second time but probably our last.

This was my first visit but definitely not my last because I absolutely loved everything!! My server, Rose, was EXCELLENT! The food was DELICIOUS and the atmosphere was perfect!!
I highly recommend making a reservation. Two women came around 1:30pm but could not be accommodated. Not because crowded but just didn’t have a server to take care of them. We all know it’s difficult to find good help these days because most of the younger generation don’t have working skills are ethics.
The restaurant has a bar and outdoor seats. Also, I kept forgetting to take photos before starting to eat so 1 piece of toast is missing and part of key lime pie. ? The food was very tasty, I truly enjoyed ALL of it!!!
I highly recommend this restaurant!!!

Parking: There is parking in rear of restaurant.

Kid-friendliness: Not really for kids in my opinion
