We had the pleasure of having take-out from this yummylicious restaurant. For health reasons we're always on the lookout for healthy options that don't skimp on flavor. This place did not disappoint. We had the baked chicken, greens & pinto beans with cornbread. I am wishing I had some more right now just writing this. The place as a nice downhome friendly atmosphere & the staff were efficient, kind & did a great job.

I like Peggy's! It's a great "I don't feel like cooking nor eating from a drive through" place. I always get it to go so I can enjoy it at my own slow pace. However the staff is very nice and friendly!

I have never had a bad experience with Peggy's, until today. I ordered from Peggy's Heavenly Home Cooking and it was a horrible experience. Part of my order were three baked chicken wings, and they were almost raw. I called the restaurant to report this and the person I spoke to seemed very unbothered. I hate that this happened because i usually really enjoy their food, but I cannot take a chance in this happening again, so they have lost a customer here.

Delivery: No yams on my plate but Mrs. Peggy shows side as an option… Dressing tastes like stove top …. Chicken has no seasoning….. And greens are bland…. But the cranberry sauce was on point…. Ohhhhh hold up the cornbread was horrible overcooked on outside gooey inside
Food cold,several items left off order, the veggies I did get were very tasty, but (3) things left out of order. (Sad)
