Pei Wei Asian Kitchen

The food was very good as I expect at Pei Wei along with swift preparation. This location though has let the store run down a bit. The bathroom was not very clean and a roll of wet paper towels was laid by the sink to wipe your hands. Additionally, the entire divider between the order area and dining area was lined with take out orders as well as several tables.

This is a good location. Restaurant was clean. Bathroom was clean. Food was good. I ordered the chicken pad Thai not too spicy. Employees were attentive. Will definitely return if I’m in the area.

Never again. Someone at you establishment is either sick with a virus or your 'chicken' was left out too long. After getting food for my partner and I Friday the 6th, December at the Germantown road location, to go, we went home to eat it. The food was over spiced to hide the grease flavoring of everything, including the 'crab' Rangoon which were burnt. The app calls egg rolls shareable but you get two and I was charged 8 dollars American when the app showed four or more in the image. But, that is neither here nor there. We spent the entire night and the next day [today] running back and forth to the toilet as we were given an 'extra' to go along with our food. I am using COVID restrictions on myself so I can not spread to the rest of the household. Sorry this is much longer and not as concise as my other reviews but I have a lot of time on my hands sitting in the bathroom hoping I do not die of whatever this is. You need to look at your service help, especially around food, and send them home before you end up with a customer in the hospital. If it is not your help, you need better prep station rules on meats. I normally will just move on if I have a bad meal and that's it, but this feels like a biological attack on my family and all medias will be advised of your poor food and preperations.

Excellent firecracker shrimp, bourban chicken, and beef broccoli. The crab wontons never disappoint our favorite and well work the hour and half drive.

5 stars for the service. Preston was really helpful. He was the only person working at the front and literally did everything. Very nice and clean establishment!

Preston was awesome! Greeted us when we arrived, asked if we'd eaten there, even made good kid friendly recommendations for my toddler. Very friendly, followed up with us throughout the meal. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, we had a wonderful experience.

a glorified panda express! It’s an Americanised Chinese restaurant chain. I stopped by to take out my dinner. I got hot honey chicken with fried rice. The chicken was too sweet as I expected ( I don’t know why the ‘hot’ in the name then 😂 when only ‘honey’ is in the taste). The fried rice was also very mediocre.
