Rice not so good this time

My son and I ate here for the first time and everyone was very nice and smiling. The young gentleman at the front counter was very helpful. This restaurant reminded me of the service you get at chik fil a. Very impressed. I actually applied for a management position here. That’s how impressed I was. Wish me luck. I know if I get hired I will have big shoes to fill. But I know I can help this restaurant be greater then chik fil a.

Pei Wei is great spot for some delicious Asian cuisine!

Pei Wei did a great job when they put Veronica in leadership. We had a not so good experience about 3-4 weeks ago. We’re regulars there, we eat there about twice a week. When she found out she went out of her way to make it up. I really appreciate her customer service, she’s such a hard worker and very pleasant. Thank you for you great service Veronica!!! Mario

I was trying to eat Pei Wei for lunch with my dad and do a takeout order as well for the kids they open at 11 we stood there for 10 minutes and she told us she would be with us shortly after 10 minutes. I said how much longer ma’am she said another 10 or so minutes. She should have taken our order so we could sit down and wait for our food. It was Very unprofessional and rude And she didn’t care if we walked out!

I wasn’t going to make a review but as I went on to eat my food I couldn’t hold back.

I went in at 7:30 and placed my order my order was submitted exactly at 7:30. The young man was nice , approaching and professional. I told him my order which was the feast for 3. White rice , fried rice , noodles. General Tso , honey sesame chicken, beef and broccoli. After 35 minutes of waiting I received a cold platter that consisted of noodles , 2 white rice sections with honey sesame tofu and the other two options I chose. I called the manager heading back up there and I told her my order is wrong, my food is cold and I’m not happy I waited 35 minutes just to come back. Instead of remaking my platter she just gives me a side of fried rice and bowl of noodles with honey sesame chicken. Which I was okay with, fine. I get back to the house get plates platted and I go bite my general tso as my mom is talking to me I pull out a piece of plastic. And that’s when I knew to leave a review. I honestly want to call and get a refund but they’re currently closed for the night. I spent $50 on this meal for 3 of us and it was overall terrible. From the wait time, the service and to the food.

The service was good, but the chicken in the dish was coarse and chewy. The crab wontons were good.

Veronica Hand assistant manager, very nice. The store always clean the bathroom always clean! She deserves a raise. This is the cleanest restaurant I have ever came to. And the food is always delicious!

I love coming here whenever I'm in the area. My favorite is bourbon chicken. My only beef (pun intended) here is that the portion sizes have gradually gotten smaller and I have noticed a dollar increase of the menu items in general.

A great place. The guy at the register was super friendly and helpful. The menu had so many options. Everything we ate was delicious. The dining room was clean and nicely decorated. Wonderful casual dining with the PF Chang's touch. I look forward to going back and trying other things on the menu.

Food was very good. We had Original Shrimp, very nice size shrimp with a great taste. The other dish was orange chicken, it was good but needed more orange flavored sauce. Not sure the purpose of the orange slices. I prefer the dish when it was orange peel chicken. That said, we will be back.

The food was very good as I expect at Pei Wei along with swift preparation. This location though has let the store run down a bit. The bathroom was not very clean and a roll of wet paper towels was laid by the sink to wipe your hands. Additionally, the entire divider between the order area and dining area was lined with take out orders as well as several tables.
