I've been going here my whole life. My grandfather used to take me as a child and I feel like I grew up in the restaurant. I always order the same thing because it's like coming home when I eat there. The only thing is it seems the Spumoni has changed. It used to be a neat little slice and this time it was scoops. Everything else was on point.

Pete & Sam’s has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. It’s more than a restaurant — it’s a Memphis tradition that’s always felt like home. I crave their pizza, toasted ravioli, and Miss Vita salad all the time. In recent years, I’ve fallen in love all over again with the bar — my own little “Regal Beagle” — with martinis, wine, cold beer, and those classic rolling chairs. I always see someone I know when I’m there, which just adds to the charm. No matter how many new spots open, Pete & Sam’s will always be my favorite.

Amazing! Mr Sam not only honored an old gift card and shared a really cool story with me and my wife but the food was heavenly. Drove from Mississippi to get it and it was so so worth it!!!
This is a must try Italian restaurant for Memphis. We loved the spaghetti and chicken Marsala. The kids loved the pizza and you can order just a side dish of food instead of a kids meal for the kids who do not eat a lot. It was plenty for my 5 year old.

We have attended a family birthday party here for 2 years in a row. Party of 12. Great service. Food has been excellent. The gigantic shrimp appetizer came with a sauce/dip that was so good, we cleaned up every drop that was left with the bread. Everyone loved their food. A classic Memphis restaurant that is still a favorite of many! Make a reservation! Great drinks in the bar while waiting for your table.

Spoke with an employee named Shun and he was very polite, he gave great recommendations. He insisted on the bbq chicken pizza and shrimp Alfredo for me and my husband ! It was DELICIOUS! Also had a sweet tea very well made!
