It has been 2 years since I had Vietnamese food because I moved and I couldn't find a restaurant that served what I like. Found this one that had dishes that sounded good so I tried. Let me tell you, not a mistake, the food was so good. I would of gave this place more stars if I could. Itnis next to an international market as well.

The staff didn’t greet us when we came in or when we left—how rude can they be? This was, without a doubt, the absolute worst pho experience I’ve ever had. If this place shuts down tomorrow, it’ll be no surprise at all. The meat was so ridiculously tough it felt like they served me a piece of rubber. My jaw actually hurts from chewing. This place is a complete joke! Don’t waste your time or money here!

The pho broth had a nice enjoyable flavor! The carrot used for the banh mi had a nice crunch, with pleasant taste. While it was a little pricey, I really enjoyed my meal there. My only problem I had was with my Cafe Sua De, there was a little more ice than what I usually expect from other places.

Pho So 8 is absolutely fantastic. The bread for their banh mi is incredible—fluffy, warm, and perfectly crunchy. And the pho? It chased away any traces of sadness in my soul; truly outstanding. The delicious milk coffee rounds out the meal perfectly. It’s a quiet little slice of heaven in Memphis, and I’m so grateful to have this gem to frequent

Tried it for the first time , won’t be back. Soda can was dirty, flies were plentiful , overcharged for Pho (shrimp wasn’t even on the menu)… man wasn’t pleasant and kept rubbing his face and nose. Didn’t feel comfortable.

I was a frequent customer of Pho So 8, but I will never be back due to being intentionally overcharged. On my last visit, the man at the front intentionally overcharged my date and I by $5. Our meal together should have been $28 including tax, but the total came out to a whopping $33. I called back the next day and inquired about the price of what I ordered and he said it was $28 including tax. Also, the receipt did not itemize what was ordered. I’ll never be back.
