A coworker told me about this place back in February and I have been HOOKED ever since. The ingredients are so fresh and they give over ABUNDANCE on the meats which I love in a salad. Too bad they are closing end of March, but when I asked if they are relocating the owner stated, to be continued, pray for an anticipation. I hope they do relocate closer to my job in East mphs.

I absolutely love their salads! Get the Salmon -you’re welcome. It’s a shame that I don’t have a million dollars to be able to expand this across place across all of the South.

This was my first time trying Phase 1 Salads By Design, and I must say they DID NOT disappoint. I was gifted the veggie salad by my aunt who introduced me to this business. The salad was so full, fresh, and well worth the price. I ate it before I realized I didn't get a full pic ??‍♀️?. By the time I finished just that middle portion (see picture), I was full and saved the rest for dinner ?. I'll definitely be back!

This was my first time trying this business. Sadly, likely want return. The portion size, ingredients, and drive didn't justify the cost. I ordered a chef salad with a side of salmon. The salmon wasn't fresh. It was the boxed/frozen kind. That was no big deal, but there's a certain way to cook said items. It was very dry. I didn't receive several toppings I selected. Iceberg lettuce is the worst, but I toughed it out. For the price, I would've preferred chopped romain. My lettuce was sad and limp. The ingredients weren't chilled or fresh whatsoever. I couldn't finish it because I was so nauseous. I hate to even write this, but I am in hopes that the owner uses this feedback to better the experience of future clientele.

Salad is always on point. My cousin & coworker were in town last weekend. I bought salads for everyone, and they loved their salad. Phase 1 Salad is Delicious.....
