This was my first time trying Phase 1 Salads By Design, and I must say they DID NOT disappoint. I was gifted the veggie salad by my aunt who introduced me to this business. The salad was so full, fresh, and well worth the price. I ate it before I realized I didn't get a full pic ??♀️?. By the time I finished just that middle portion (see picture), I was full and saved the rest for dinner ?. I'll definitely be back!

This was my first time trying this business. Sadly, likely want return. The portion size, ingredients, and drive didn't justify the cost. I ordered a chef salad with a side of salmon. The salmon wasn't fresh. It was the boxed/frozen kind. That was no big deal, but there's a certain way to cook said items. It was very dry. I didn't receive several toppings I selected. Iceberg lettuce is the worst, but I toughed it out. For the price, I would've preferred chopped romain. My lettuce was sad and limp. The ingredients weren't chilled or fresh whatsoever. I couldn't finish it because I was so nauseous. I hate to even write this, but I am in hopes that the owner uses this feedback to better the experience of future clientele.

This place does have quality salads however, this establishment has the most bizarre hours of operation I’ve ever seen. And they open and close when they want to. Black owned businesses makes it so hard to try and support them especially in Memphis. Sad to say but I will no longer patronize establishments such as these any longer. It’s always a bad experience
OMG these salads are gorgeous and the taste is amazing. My husband travel 35 minutes both ways to get these salads every week for me. The large salad would feed a family of 4 comfortably. The small salad is totally enough for two. I have had a lot of salads throughout my life and none compare to these salads. If you like taking chances on a new spot. I promise this salad or service will not disappoint.

Where do I start!! This place is like subway on steroids. You get a menu pick what u want on your salad and boom you’ve created a masterpiece. The salmon salad is my favorite.
