What can I saw? I get lemongrass tofu here nearly every week. I asked the owner one time how much of what she sells is lemongrass tofu because that's what I see nearly everyone buying. She said it's nearly 90%. One order of lemongrass tofu comes with rice and it can be two big meals or several small snacky meals.

Love their curry and lemongrass tofu. My best friends were their regular customers, they brought me some of their foods from here and I fall in love with it. Nice texture and perfect amount. Definitely worth the try.

As always, Phó Binh's food was amazing! And, they have the absolute sweetest staff. Unfortunately, it's takeout only. I miss the lunch buffet they had prior to COVID.Vegetarian options: Some of the best vegetarian options in Memphis! The green beans are top notch.Kid-friendliness: My kids could eat their weight in the dang chicken wings from Pho Binh. And the staff always makes sure they get extra cookies.Dietary restrictions: Pho Binh has a ton of gluten and dairy-free options.

The food here is the same great quality that I remember from years ago! Sadly it is now only take away , the buffet no longer exists. The staff is still welcoming and helpful with the menu options

We order once or twice a month. Definitely a favorite.My order is curry tofu and my wife gets lemongrass tofu.Large portions justify the prices.Take out only.Consider asking for no plastic ware and/or soy and duck sauce to avoid waste.
