My friend and I went back to Piccadilly. The food was hot and delicious, our waitress was very nice and attentive, the service was excellent from the beginning to end!

I ask for a spoon, the waitress reply we are short on spoons, I visit two weeks ago same thing no spoons, she was not polite shoved them in my hand still no spoon, so I asked for a plastic spoon she walked away with an attitude and never came back to our table, so I went back to the cashier and requested my $5 tip back, I will not be going back , poor customer service.
Horribly rude older male receptionist/cashier

My husband got 3 plates from here and they were all awful. We threw them in the trash. Bread looked molded, macaroni was sour or spoiled, chopped steak was hard, fried fish had a weird after taste. Will not be going back.
Best experience since visiting this location. The food was good but didn't get enough rice with my order

This time of year every year I travel to Memphis. I eat almost entirely Piccadilly during my stay. I've been here 4 times a week for the last few weeks and the food is spot on. They cook a little low sodium, which most places do now, but salt is on the table. From the first time I walked in until present the atmosphere and the staff were all like being around kin folk. They are super nice and do take a liberty of talking to you and treating you like your at a family get together instead of a restaurant. The dinning area is old and somewhat worn but Clean. I've never been in their restroom so cannot comment. I always feel comfortable and safe when I'm there, relaxed. Even the customers nod and say hi like they all know me, which they don't but the whole place is really homey.
