One of my friends mentioned to me about this location in Memphis Tennessee , last year 15 people in their party from Houston, TX were staying in Hotel 🏨 30 minutes away one of the employee that work at the 🏨 they was totally surprised because in Houston,Texas the chain of Piccadilly's was all closed in the 90th over 30 years ago, I walked down 👇👎 memory Lane today I enjoy every bit of the moment my brother his wife and I, the place has so many great memories in our life 🧬 time over the years in Texas, tomorrow is my birthday 🥳🎂 I will most definitely visit this location again for on such a special day in my life 💖🧬, I call my friend I had let him know I finally got a opportunity to visit this business establishment before I leave Memphis, Tennessee couple of employee who work on line was not so professional and polite but nevertheless the cashier and server was very professional and polite , I can't emphasize how much I was so pleased to walk through this business establishment once again 🙏💞 in my lifetime after 30 years straight but in another city and state wonderful memories I will 🚫 never forget 💯. The restroom 🚻 was very clean for such a old business establishment.

So on a Monday i went to Piccadilly so the lady in front of me card kept getting decline but she had money and showed the clerk. So when i went forth to pay for my food it did the same thing she tried it twice and went and got the manager he asked her what do you want me to do. So he continued and said if they cant pay then they dont get any food. So im like why he wont just check the machine . Meanwhile the line is piling up and he dont care if we get our food or not. He even said several time they just wont eat. Even after the clerk is explaining what is going on he is not even listening to what she is saying. She couldn't cash anyone out with a card cause it keeps declining it and excuse my language he was being a real ass to the customers and his employee. This has been my first time back in awhile dont think i can give them another chances my boys and i can eat elsewhere

They really hate when you return food! Keep it professional at all times.! If a customer say the food has an issue.. then don’t argue with them especially if you haven’t done a taste test! Corporate baby I’m coming for you about your unprofessional manger you allowing to represent the company!YALL TASTE YOUR FOOD ESPECIALLY THE MEAT PATTY! It does not matter because you cook food fresh daily! They doesn’t mean you aren’t serving bad outdated food just cause you cook it daily!

Although there was an issue with two items I chose (one was brown gravy and the other was mac and cheese) being extremely salty, the server was very polite and quickly exchanged those dishes for others. After that the entire meal was much more enjoyable.

Great place to have a good. Meal iam there 4 time a week with reggie/ mr o/ and Gibson /Tameka are great peoples love. Them

Male server at the salad section had long unkempt hair and no hair net or gloves and was very rude. I was charged over $12.00 for the same salad I always pay a little over $8.00 for. The waitress was very nice. I still bought it, but it's my last time coming here.

The food was so bland and had no taste. You guys don't believe in seasoning. I will never visit this location again ??I would rate this a negative zero, learn how to properly cook the food.

After four times, I'm not understanding what is the issue???? I am a frequent customer, always ordering through the delivery apps. I ordered a fish platter and shrimp platter and for the last four times have checked the boxes for tartar, cocktail sauce, utensils and the previous three times I requested in the "notes" section to please please give extra sauces. Well, each time I received the orders, there was zero sauces and utensils 2/4 times. So, yesterday I decided not to ask for extra (thinking maybe they frown upon people asking for more) and just checked the boxes only. The delivery person was there for over 25 minutes waiting for the order, so I texted and asked that they "remind" the staff to include the tartar and cocktail sauces, which she did. Well, no surprise when I got both orders and once again, for the 4th time, no sauces. Are you all out of those sauces? Is that the issue or is it something else??? I wish the location on Poplar was still an option for delivery, because the food was always A1 and I always had not just some sauce, but extra. I'm done with y'all.

It was good. I hadn't been in years. The service could have been better. It was HOT and Flys everywhere. But they turned on the air conditioning. The waitress was nice.

Always Delicious, but the size of your food servings, have gotten even smaller. And you're paying even more money. I don't visit as often as I use too.
