Every time im in memphis I eat at Piccadilly on Elvis presley blvd friendly staff that gives your food set down great friendly waitresses you'll love the food seasond nice everything ill be back on my way to Texas

There's a group of unfriendly women that put food on the plates literally ruined my experience! Also the entry way windows needed cleaning fingerprints handprints everywhere and it was only about 1pm However there was a nice older lady with a kind smile at the register I did tell her I thought she was a great asset to the establishment! also the table server Amy I think was her name she was very very nice!

The place is still the same except the servers were very rude to the older people in line. If they would slow down and listen a little better to them. I'm a lady of age but the lady in front of me was much older, if it was my mom I would have went off because of the rudeness.

My elders love this place. I really wish they would renovate the dining area/ seats, so I had to give 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Everyone said the fish was 🔥 and I see why. We spent almost $40, which fed me and my daughter, plus we took leftovers home.

I regret to inform you that I have had to reduce my rating of your establishment to one star due to the extremely poor customer service I experienced. Unfortunately, such substandard service is not unexpected in Whitehaven. During a recent visit, I was threatened by an assistant manager who insinuated that I may not make it back home and suggested engaging in physical altercation. This behavior was directed towards my elderly mother during a dispute over a coupon, causing me great distress. As loyal customers for over twenty years, both my mother and I have frequented your establishment for both dine-in and takeout orders. However, following this unacceptable incident, I have made the decision to cease patronizing your establishment. I must express my disappointment in the manner in which this situation was handled and the lack of professionalism displayed by your staff. Despite attempts to entice me back with complimentary food coupons, I am unable to overlook the safety concerns raised by this experience. I trust that you will take appropriate measures to address this issue and ensure that such behavior is not repeated in the future.

Had some baked chicken today that was so hard it was crispy !!! Dry !!! Dry !!! Dry !!! Made it all the way home and was upset. Nobody answers the local number ! Just a shame !

After waiting in a long line, also had to wait for someone to come and fix me some beets. One of the Cooks came out and told everyone to go around us even though some people had just walked in the door and my Husband and I had been in line for 15min. My blood sugar was low and we had patiently waited to be served. 5 people walked around us and all I wanted was some beets to go and the rest of my meal I was dining in. The Customer in front of me received her meal and after fixing that Customer's the Server just walked away before I could tell her I wanted the same beets and seafood salad. I mentioned it to the Manager and she also said we had to wait while others went around us. Someone finally came and three of the Customers told us to come and get back in front of them because we were not being treated nicely.

The rest of the Servers were okay but one or two acted as if they did not want to serve us because they felt we had skipped the line even though we were in line 15min prior to the other Customers who was told to go around us. One lady had just walked in.

The Cashier and our Server on the floor was attentive to our needs and concerns.

You all should be ashamed charging $12 for a vegetables plate and WHY don’t you have prices posted on the TOGO side A special is one meat two sides drink and desert for $20 I will never support this business again and the portions are not WORTH
the money this company wants

The original location from my youth serves better quality than their other branches.
