I went to the restaurant to get some lunch and I wanted Y'all's wonderful Roast beef but it was well done it is well done more than not most of the the time for me so I decided to get a Ribeye steak instead and I got to the cashier to pay for my food the cashier phone wrung and she grabs her phone people are in line to pay for their food so after I paid for my food and bagged it up I got a manager on duty and told her about Kayla c. The cashier and her cell phone going and having to answer it The assistant manager said something to the cashier about it and the cashier got loud and accited in front of customers the cashier was very unprofessional I think PICCADILLY SHOULD HAVE A ZERO POLICY ON CELL PHONES WHEN EMPLOYEES ARE ON THE CLOCK AND MIND ON CUSTOMER SERVICE I WAS DISAPPOINTED

We expected a long line since Cogic Convocation is going on. The wait wasn't bad about 20mi s. There was one young lady with two afro puffs serving food. She was short and not very pleasant. EVERYONE else in the restaurant was awesome!!!!The half chicken was on but under seasoned, the green beans tasted like cigarette smoke, the mashed potatoes and gravy was good, they DO NOT serve real catfish. Our server was slow because she a a few tables. The chocolate cake was a tad dry. My husband got the chopped steak and he said it was really good, but the onions could be grilled a lot better.

Everything was disgusting even the cake like why do yall got peanuts in a red velvet the chicken tenders were un done, the Mac and cheese OMFG HORRIBLE NO TASTE, DONT EAT HERE!

I love the Piccadilly but this was the worst ever. They always have the best fried chicken but we don’t think ours was done. The food was just not up to Piccadilly standards. Hope it is better next time. Service was excellent. Not their fault.

I always order the chopped steak with gravy and onions. Their mash potatoes are not very good but the carrot souffle is so delicious. Especially when paired with their soft butterh rolls. Portion sizes are fair so whatever you order will fill you up for a decent price.
