The guy working tonight was literally outside on the phone when I pulled up at about 9:40ish. He never got off the phone as I sat there for over 30 minutes waiting for food he never even started.. again, but on the phone outside when I pulled up.
I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order here. Otherwise I would not have.
Then another worker comes in, and the first literally just walks out the door , still on his phone call, which is obviously more important than the customers waiting in the lobby.. as I’m still sitting here waiting for food. Smh.

I specifically asked them to not cut my pizza because of this exact reason. My husband is not a vegetarian but I am. They’re going to make people sick with this cross contamination. You can see where a piece of meat ended up right in between two pieces because they cut it when I asked them not to. They were not busy at all.

If I could give negative stars I would. I never received my order. I called the store 8 times and was hung up on 6 of those times. No resolution. No refund even though I asked. Worst customer service ever. Never again.

If I could give it 0 stars I would...the one time I didn't read the reviews...the pizza was cold, I don't think they fully cooked my cinnamon rolls and they don't even have icing...it was 30 extra minutes over the wait even tho she said 5 a complete was of my time and money...I'm really pissed

I'm surprised that this restaurant has 3 stars when it deserves 0!!! The cashier lady here is so dang slow and lazy and the cooks are no better. They told me 15 minutes before my food was ready and I arrived around 20 minutes to give them an extra 5 minutes... Instead of tending to the customers, the cashier is in the back playing and laughing with the crew... We ALL had call ins and we all waited an additional 10~15 minutes later. This is one of my worse restaurant experiences EVER!!!
