The manager Monica was awesome .the dasher that was suppose to show up never showed Monica communicated with me to make sure our ordered was delivered she was very perfessional and I would choose her any day to handle business.

This Pizza Hut was very fast and efficient! I got my food in a timely manner and was able to feed my team that’s been working hard at the FedEx St Jude golf tournament last week. The staff were also very friendly and I overall had a great customer experience.

Worst Pizza Hut at Southwind store in Memphis. Aweful employees, order coordination is awful. No leadership. Hopefully and I can see the other crew was all fired. Now new ones hopefully trained properly.
An hour waiting for an order that had been placed for over an hour and a half. Today, August 2, 2025, someone must see the cameras and how the staff is sabotaging the operation and not even delivering orders. I've been waiting for an order since 7 p.m., and you leave at 8:16 a.m., and these people on today's shift are only delivering one order. Please remove those people.

I went to pizza hut for my order that I paid for online, it was not a smooth transaction, I wanted the garlic butter on my pizza and was willing to pay however, Udoka would not give me the added garlic butter on my pizza. She insisted I paid for the garlic butter cup and I didn’t want that, I wanted the actual sauce that was in pack that they put on the crust. This was a very unprofessional and unpleasant visit. I already don’t like pizza hut but when I want to try due to chicken sausage lol it’s just a awful situation. I will not return with that dry pizza
