Ordered a simple meal to be delivered at 6:30pm didn't have it delivered at all and called back to see and only got "doordash hasn't picked it up yet" even though i ordered it through the pizza hut app. waited and called back at 9:30pm only to be picked up and hung up no words spoken. bruh i just wanted some pizza hut.

The Pizza Hut on Southwind Park Cove is terrible. I ordered through my app. When I got there, I was there for 10 minutes waiting to pick my order up and no one came to the front to assist me.

I've never thought Pizza Hut was good. Being a father, though, means the house votes outweigh your preference sometimes. I ordered 3 pizzas, a melt, and cheesy bread. The tracker told me the order was delivered but wasn't until 12 minutes after, and I was on the phone with customer service. Then, customer service told me the history couldn't be found, in which it wasn't a lie because looking at my account, the order was not in my account history. The guy that delivered it apologized for the missing pizza and promised to bring it to me. After waiting 45 minutes, I called the store to see what was going on and if I could be compensated for all this inconvenience. The guy that answered the phone gave me attitude and said I will only get my pizza brought to me because it's DoorDash's fault. I ordered from the Pizza Hut site, not DoorDash. Can't say I'll be ordering Pizza Hut anymore.

Came here today with my mom and got a large cheese extra cheese pizza with sweet marinara sauce… absolutely DELICIOUS!!! Mandy is so super duper sweet!!!? She's so caring and considerate of making sure your order is just the way you want it and we both really appreciate that! I wish more people was like her I’m excited to come back soon!! ???

As I was driving to pick up my order from this location I seen the members of this establishment, smoking their cigarettes as I got inside of the establishment. I noticed no one washed their hands. Also, my order was screwed up and my pizza box smelled terrible people like this can ruin a good business.

Don’t go to this Pizza Hut employees don’t know how to treat DoorDashers They think they dictate how to do your deliveries and will get you banned. If you don’t do what they tell you avoid this place at all cost.

Southwind cove Pizza Hut, is not recommended the manager is very rude, shirt nasty and everybody behind the counter have 30 inches of hair no hair nets on. Darius gave me 2 raw pizzas and told me it is what it is because he’s working off one stove do I want the pizzas or not?! The audacity of people when you spending your money. I have pictures of pizza and Darius said make sure you get a good picture, trust me I did and have already contact the health department for a pop up visit. Feeding people that raw pizza and making people sick. Do not recommend this location.

This place and company is a joke. I was sent half my order and was told to call the location myself by the driver. After 1 hour of trying to reorder my food and have it delivered again the food never showed. I spent another hour to be told they couldn’t help me I had to go to the location to get a refund. What a joke.
