Pizza under cooked. However this is the 3rd location this has happened to me at. Pizza hut may have a systemic problem. I don't think it's the actual on site staff's fault.

On 7/25,20, I made an order online with stated pickup would be available in 30 minutes. I waited the specified time beforehand going to pickup my order. When I made it to the pickup location, there was a sign on the window that stated to text to inform I was there for pickup. Waited five minutes to which I didn’t see anyone in the establishment. I then called the phone number on a flyer in the window to which I was told the location’s manager closed early because employees didn’t come to work. This is unprofessional and will NEVER buy from this company again.

Horrible Pizza Hut location. I will never be back plus they must get robbed a lot this is the only PizzaHut that at 5pm even on weekends smh

Would be nice if yall trained the people you hire BETTER. I ordered online, act like they didn't even know. Took ALMOST 2HRS to get order, was cold the delivery driver so RUDE.. Even when i called the store 3TIMES!!! Was put on hold for almost 10MINS!!!!

i ordered the meat lovers pizza from this location and it was delicious and hot. the pizza had a lot of toppings and extra cheese and the crust was AMAZING!!!!!!

I ordered something for delivery. It was taking more than 45 minutes, I called they told me it was about to be delivered that the driver was already out to deliver. It never arrived, I called again 20 min later and they told me it had not even left the store yet!

This is the worse pizza hut location in this area I waited two hours for a pizza only to call to check and found out they had been at the wrong apt and couldn't even give me the call back number I left. The woman who I spoke with over the phone was very rude about this situation being that they closed at 5pm. I ordered my pizza at 3:47pm and called at 5:47p.m.
Pizza Hut advertises a dinner buffet on Tuesdays from 5:30 until 7:00 pm. This date they weren't having it stating a worker didn't come in. So, people having that place on the agenda with a grandchild is just out of luck looking for the variety and the salad. The lady said I could still order a pizza. I guess she didn't understand my point. A business doesn't shut down a program with no notice just because a worker is absent.
