Not sure what all these bad reviews are about but I’ve always had a great experience. I ordered online 3 pizzas just about an hour or so ago and I’ve ordered from this location many times and picked up the pizzas as usual they are perfection and hot! The woman working right now was super sweet not sure if she is a manager or not but she acted very professional and welcoming! 10/10 would recommend this location!!!! I will continue to spend money at this location. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕

Ordered pizza to be delivered a 2pm they delivered at noon 2 hours early refused delivery and called manager to make sure I would get fresh made pizza she said I would. I got a 2 hour old pizza delivered at 2pm not a fresh made pizza it was horrible cold tasteless and extra greasy. MANAGER WAS A LIAR I GUSSE FOOD COSTS ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN FOOD QUALITY. HAVE HAD ENOUGH WITH PIZZA HUT WILL BE GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE

Lack of communication to patrons. I shouldn’t sit in the lobby for 45 minutes without being spoke to or given an update on my order. Even watched my order sit in the warmer for 10 minutes before I just asked for my refund. The disrespect truely put me out of character.

They were quicker to give my refund than my actual food sitting in the warmer.

Very pleased with our pizza today. It was perfect in my opinion. I also want to give a shout out to the cashier. I wish I took note of her name, but she was personable and cheerful. It was a great experience! A+
F” Pizza Hut !!!! This was the worst experience I have ever encountered. I ordered pizza directly from Pizza Hut for delivery. Why did a DoorDasher show up, who couldn’t speak English with cold ahh food and slices of pizza missing that he had ate. This had me 38 HOT….So after speaking with GM she explained that I wasn’t the only one and that several people have called complaining about their food. So she agreed to send me another pizza by her actual delivery driver, and when it got here it wasn’t a remake of what I had ordered. I spent $30 that day and didn’t eat any of it. I was completely disgusted and over it!

I swore I’d never use Pizza Hut again. But I have them another chance after a coworker begged me for Pizza Hut. I Placed order at 1045am via app. Waited outside for over 25 minutes at noon and no one brought the pizza out to me. Called the contact center and they hung up on me twice. Called back again and they said the power was out - Ming you I am looking right at the store for over 25 minutes - all lights on and if that was true- why didn’t anyone come out and tell me or call me. I wasted my entire lunch break and now I’m starving. Horrible company over all that only hires incompetent employees or anyone willing to work for min wage.
Parking: They will not bring your pizza if you choose contactless curbside. Order food elsewhere. They don’t deserve your money or tip.

Food was cooked fast the new chicken sausage was so good with the wings and the Cinnabon rolls omg!!!
Waiting almost an hour and never received my food. Got my money back and left. Will never return.

Sometimes this location gives me such a hard time with how my pizza is prepared.I called and spoke with such a lovely soul.I told Raven exactly how I needed my order and she went over and behind.Even called me back to let me know my order was perfect.Good service is hard to come by but she gets an A+ in my book thank you so much!
