I ordered a big New York for delivery, when I got the pizza it was cheese only, when it’s supposed to be pepperoni.. they couldn’t accommodate me so I pretty much had to stick with the cheese pizza!

Was just walking by the other night and witnessed a manager going above and beyond for the establishment her name was Donna and she was the only person working not only was she alone cooking, preparing orders, handling cash, and giving great customer service. This store wasn't even her normal place of employment. That means that she was outside in the freezing cold spraying off the mats as well as everything else. I just feel as though she needs some recognition for her work effort and integrity she had for her job. I believe that employees get looked over far too much. SO THANK YOU MS.DONNA hope you get a raise or bonus for your hard work

Order suppose to be ready at 4 I'm waiting out side for 15 mins waiting noticing the worker is in the lobby on his phone so I think my pizza must be done right ? Nope not even started . This is a horrible experience . It should have been ready that's why I ordered ahead . This location sucks. And no one is here so it should be ready

Everytime I come here the pizza is always undercooked. Service is good but I don’t like for my pizza to be undercooked. Even my friends would agree so if you want an undercooked pizza come here. You are better off going to dominos where they know how to cook pizza. Would be worthy of 3 stars but they also lock the doors during the evening and is an inconvenience to the customer. They do it to protect themselves because the people of Memphis grew up without proper parents so everyone is terrible here I get it but still an inconvenience. So 2 stars.

Back for a 2nd time with a Review. Do yourself a favor and skip past Macon location. Order was lost for about two hours. I finally ordered from another restaurant & when I went to the door to receive my food, the pizza had been left on my door step and was freezing cold and full of rain and gnats.
