This particular Pizza Hut location is located on a quiet little side of a strip center right next to another pizzeria. Honestly, if you did not know about the businesses on this side, you would never see them. While most of the traffic is on East Colonial Drive, unless you turn down the road off of East Colonial Drive, you will never see these businesses including this Pizza Hut. Still, this particular location is convenience for the residents of Bithlo, Christmas, Chuluota, and anyone driving along East Colonial Drive on the east side of Orlando. Is the pizza great? Well, it's Pizza Hut. I consider these National chains like Pizza Hut, Domino's, Little Caesars, and the rest the "fast food" of pizza. I mean, they provide a reasonable facsimile of pizza with the consistency of a national chain. They also do have decent specials. All in all, I am going to give this Pizza Hut location three stars.

This has to be the worst Pizza Hut ever. I waited 7 min for someone to help me with my take out order. One woman said she couldn't leave the ovens, the manager went outside to make a phone call,and another worker apologized but went into the back of the store to continue his work. After waiting 10 min without any help I left the store for another Pizzeria.

Went to Piza Hut tonight and I want to give them a special shout out. It's been a while since I enjoyed a Pizza Hut pizza this much! The staff was so friendly and the pizza was excellent! Lots of sauce per my request, lots of crust seasoning and enough toppings to make the slices sag! Thank you!

Pizza Hut usually isn't my first choice for pizza but we heard about the 1 large 2 topping for $7.99. The pizza was pretty good with portions of toppings and flavor. We decided to do the stuffed crushed which I had better expectations for. The crust was also very thin compared to a non-stuffed crust pizza. They should use extra dough rather than stretching it super thin. Would probably order again if with a coupon/ at a good price.

Driver and manager deliberately took my order then after waiting for 2 hours had to calm just to find out they had canceled the order. Claimed to have tried to call me several times on the number I was calling from on at the time then called me liar when I said no one called me. Worst service in history and hope they replace the whole staff. Seriously fellas how do you mess this up it's pizza delivery for Christs sakes.
Ordered two large pizzas one pepperoni lovers and the second was the ultimate. Two pieces of the pepperoni had nothing on it. The pizza dripped full of oil and the whole family ended up getting sick to their stomachs from it. This was the second time this has happened the first we forgave and wanted to give it another try. But we won't be buying anymore from this location.

I am no longer ordering food from Pizza Hut. This store ruined my impression of the company. Our first call to the store we were hung up ok after a lengthy hold. The second time we had another lengthy hold and trouble finding my address. Finally they were able to place my order. We waited almost an hour and never received or pizza. We called back again and after speaking to 3 different people we were told our order was canceled since they didn't right down our address and could t get a hold of us. The manager didn't seem to care about my negative experience and dos not show any empathy for this frustrating experience. Pizza Hut seems to be too good to keep a customers business. Julissa please ask your corporate office for customer experience training. There are also some books in Barnes and Nobles you could benefit from.
