The young lady with the braids was very rude to her coworker stating don't put dumb people at the window. Rolling her eyes and with an unfriendly demeanor towards another customer waiting for a door dash order. My garlic Parmesan wings had no sauce on them. The sauce was all over the container and a little bit in the bottom of the container.The young that stated he was the dishwasher they had him taking orders. He also handed me my order once it was done. He was a very pleasant young man.
Worst pizza hut in Memphis TN, rude staff and the female manager VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL THE TOPPINGS FELL OFF THE PIZZAS IT WAS ALL BAD PICKED UP FROM THE WINDOW HAD TO WAIT 25-30 MINUTES I SPENT ALMOST 65$ ON 3 PIZZAS I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED ASKED FOR A REFUND WAS TOLD TO GET IN TOUCH WITH HER DISTRICT MANAGER BABY YALL NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN !!! AND THEY DONT HAVE NO DELIVERY DRIVERS SO YOU HAVE TO WAIT ALMOST A HOUR FOR DASHERS ??♀️

This has to be the worst Pizza Hut in the country. Staff is rude. Slow. Takes 20 mins for them to come to the window while no other customer is there. I’ve never did a review before but I had to go back to work without my food I had already paid for because nobody came to assist.
I will not order pizza from the Frayser pizza hut again. Food was lukewarm and the pan pizza was soggy. Brownie was undercooked.

Ordered via the app on my phone. I saw that they had a "NEW" pizza, " Cheesesteak" and I had had a competitors version of this type before and decided to give it a try. FANTASTIC PIZZA!!!!!! My husband had never tried this before and he ate HALF of the large I ordered of the Cheesesteak pizza!!! Keep this flavor and I can guarantee at least biweekly orders of this.
