I just want to say this pizza hut location is the only one I've been going too/ getting delivery from for years. Amazing service. I ordered last weekend but have been thinking about it ever since. I even had a online problem and the manager on shift skye helped me so much. She answered all my questions and gave me so much reassurance on my delivery order. (I know they use Doordarsh when they have no drivers available.) I even called up there after I got my order to tell them how much of a great job they did. The head of the store kelly is doing everything right with her staff and restaurant.

if we could do 0 stars today we would, Staff is extremely rude. placed a order at 232 pm on July 22 pizza showed due for delivery at 307 pm which was good as this was for a Dr Office Staff that hadn't been able to stop and eat today with back to school appts. so office was just wanting something to tide them over till closing. at 345 called store spoke to a guy who said no your order still here that doordash has not picked it up and when i asked why not or if they had called Door Dash he informed me that if we wanted our pizza so bad that we should have tipped more ( granted we tipped 20%) and was hung up on. forward to 415 call again and asked about if the order ever got picked up yet and was informed our order was canceled because Door dash thought it was a fake order???? how would it be a fake order when we just spoke to you about 30 mins ago!!! Skye then starts to get smart saying you should not have put a fake number in which we did not the system did something funny as everything is saved on my computer and used daily. when i asked for manger info was told i could not talk to her till Thursday asked for name and was 1st told just ask for manger i said id like to know person name and was given a name that i don't believe is mangers name (Kelly) but some random person name. i have filed a complaint against the store to corp. and to door dash this store really needs corp to come in and clean up and retrain its staff. we will see if anything gets resolved on this matter or if manger even gets wind of what happened today.
I keep giving this place on Summer Ave in Memphis a chance because I usually love pizza hut .... but the pizza has NEVER been cooked properly. I've always had to bake it in order for it to be even safe to eat. The most recent order was for the pull apart cheese bites crust pizza with only a couple toppings .... it was so undercooked on the bottom that I gagged 🤢 Seems like it's just the location closest to me .... because I've never had this issue in Florida and North Carolina .... but this place needs to get it together please 🙏 AC Issues for Months - Years? MOVE!! For the safety of your employees too ❤️ I feel so bad for them. Please .... for their safety

I always come to this Pizza Hut even though there is a Pizza Hut two seconds from my house summer Avenue is my first choice. I love the store manager, Miss Kelly I love her staff. They’re always friendly. My food is always right and on time hot and fresh would recommend this Pizza Hut to any of my family and friends
