we wait very long and the store was crowded the lady at front told us that the order was coming out and then we wait MORE TIME after that she told us that we had to wait for the pasta WE WAITED MORE TIME it was about 8 now then she told us that they didn’t even put the pizza in like what she told us to wait 15 more minutes just to tell us that the pasta had no Parmesan cheese . The pizza was also hard and cold

Front counter black girl so RUDE AND MOUTH SO SMART THE LADY WITH THE DREEDS, ALSO THE THE MANGER IS RUDE WITH THE DREEDS AND THE FADE AND THE COOK THATS WEARING THE BOB WIG THIS IS NOT PLACE FOR THEM PIZZA HIT WILL DO SO MUCH WITHOUT THEM ATTITUDE , smart mouth and they are so rude it’s disgusting & im a regular …. I placed my order at 4:03 , the app said it was ready for pick up and when I got there they said it was a hour wait and started mumbling what u want a refund because I showed confirmation that it was ready and when I got there it wasnt saying the app is wrong and etc just rude !!!!!

Placed a carryout order that was supposed to be ready at 8:06 pm. Arrived at 8:08 pm. Nobody came to the front counter to greet me until 8:15 pm. Unacceptable customer service. Pizza wasn’t ready until 8:19. At least the pizza was hot and tasted pretty good.

I absolutely Love coming to this Pizza Hut! Ms. Ruby and her staff Kill it every time the atmosphere is always welcoming the service is fast and the staff is very kind and every time I get my pizza it is always hot and made exactly the way I want it

I waited 10 minutes, the cashier just stood there, no explanation! Then someone finally said they took cards. Long story short, my food was old and cold after a 30-minute wait because of poor training. Don't just hire bodies; you need people with some personality.
