We waited 10 minutes in the lobby before anyone came to the counter to assist us. My food was already on the rack when I arrived, so it was barely warm, when I received it.
Door dash delivery driver never delivered my pizza and claimed it was delivered. I went to the store location to register my complaint. You can imagine I was very hangry when my food didn't get delivered. The general manager wasted no time in remaking my order with out me having to ask. I was treated with respect and understanding. Thank you for the excellence in service. I'll probably opt to pick up my pizza for now on. Not because I'm worried about my food not being delivered, but for the excellence in service.

I ordered a small pizza from this location and they refused to make my order because they believe I have an attitude about being served that I don't have. I said to pharmacy technician in 2020 "you're just mad because you have to serve me. " I didn't mean that I thought she had to serve me. I was referring to the fact that she had to treat me like everyone else. I actually do not believe any human is made to serve any other human but people who want to look justified in bullying me because of how I look always try to find a legitimate reason to hide behind. Oh by the way, what I said in 2020 was said to a white woman (and I am also white Latina) so no. It's not about racism either. I will not bother this location with my money ever again.

Very unsatisfied with how my food looked .. I ordered a big dinner box with 3 medium pizza I couldn't eat it something was wrong with every pizza .. one was burnt crisp the other was barely no cheese all bread 3rd was sloppy af ... Had to throw it away ...I also didn't get my points because the operator didn't put my number in correctly after I asked her did she get my number right ... Then when I got home called the main line they had no recipe of me calling cause of the operator I was pissed Pizza hut on getwell and roads ...

I absolutely love the crispy, greasy pan crust I used to get as a kid. It's changed and disappointing. Also ordering online with pizza hut takes FOREVER!!!!

This Pizza Hut is one of the most trashy, incompetent, filthy, trifling, insensitive, and careless business I have EVER experienced. I have ordered a simple pepperoni and sausage pizza around 12:53 P.M. and the employee said it was gonna be 25-30 minutes. It is now 2:23 P.M and the pizza still have not arrived. I literally live 3/4 of a mile away and it should not have taken an extremely long time to deliver a pizza. Although the maximum number of stars i can give is 1, i give this Pizza Hut location a -5-Star Rating. I am INTENSELY FURIOUS!! ?.
