Definitely would be all 0 starred! I've been craving a good deep dish pepperoni pizza hut pizza for a long time. Website says it still has dine in. So figured why not. But like everything else in the memphis area there isn't any quality control on food! This one is so doughy it's inedible! All these people want more pay but can't do their job right!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My friend placed an online order. Once we arrived to the restaurant, we waited in line for at least 15 minutes. I got out to try to go inside, but the door was locked. I was finally able to drive to the window as the car ahead of me had moved. Apparently, they had issues with their order as well because they handed the worker the pizza back, and pulled into a parking spot and another worker came out to speak to them. I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni. Luckily I opened the box before pulling off. I used to work for Pizza Hut for years so I know exactly what each crust looks like and how it’s made. I was given a pan crust pizza. I told the lady, this isn’t what we ordered. She said we ran out of stuffed crust so I gave you pan. I said I don’t want pan crust. She said they would make whatever other crust I wanted. I asked would I be reimbursed the difference. She said no because pan crust is more expensive so they wouldn’t refund the difference. As a former Pizza Hut employee, I know that pan crust is made daily and thrown away. The worker was just trying to give me pan crust because it was close to closing time. I asked the worker, why didn’t anyone call to let us know the crust wasn’t available. She said she had just gotten there. It was after 10:00 pm and they close at midnight. I’m sure her shift didn’t just start. She also made us give the pan crust pizza back. That’s not very sanitary to give someone food and they place it in their vehicle and the worker takes it back inside the restaurant. The best way to have great customer service is to acknowledge the mistake, apologize at the very least and since it was a mistake on the restaurant’s behalf, let the customer keep the pizza. I’ve noticed that the owner only responds to the good reviews and not the negative ones. That’s not good business practice. I don’t expect to get a response but I’ll definitely call corporate and make them aware of my experience at this restaurant.

Pizza orders always late, I think only one girl was worker while 2 boys were slouching off, maybe clocked out but I don’t know, but I did saw them on their phones and one kept looking back at the line, like if it was going to change. And the other was full on laying down on the table, I don’t have any proof because that was days ago
