Demonica was the best in the call center. I was calling from Florida but that Tennessee accent made me feel right at home. She should get a raise the way she makes customers leave a phone call with a SMILE! Don’t ever fire her or I’ll never order Pizza Hut again!!! ALL CAPS ALL SERIOUSNESS!!!

Well, yesterday I had a taste for a Meat Lovers Thin Crust Pizza and decided on this brand. After ordering, I was told it’ll take about 20 minutes as they cook to order😂. After saying that and paying $18, I felt something bad but gave the benefit of the doubt. After receiving my pizza and checking it, mighty slim on the toppings. Shambrica said No more free crust seasoning (82 cents), no free crushed pepper or Parmesan packets either. The explanation came from Shambrica that we “Can’t give things away free and go out of business like Fred’s.” Wow, I thought. Sadly, last visit to the Hut. Ticket #32.

It's definitely a good place for a quick snack. The grandkids loved the "My Pizza Hut Box." The service was good considering my visit was about 9:30 pm on a Saturday night.

I WAS NOT ABOUT TO PLACE AN ORDER. THE GUY PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 3 MINS SO I HUNG UP AND CALLED BACK FORNHIM TO TELL ME HE COULDNT FIND MY COUPON FOR 2 MED UP TO 3 TOPPINGS FOR 9.99 EACH. THIS IS THE FOURRH BAD EXPERIENCE IVE RECIEVED FROM 2 DIFFERENT LOCATIONS. JUST SHUT THEM DOWN. NOBODY WANTS TO WORK

There is a sign on the left that says ring bell for service but the bell is on the right side of the counter. Not noticeable upon entering the establishment. I had to call for service while standing at the counter. Bell and sign should be closer together.
