Service tonight was amazing! The wait was a little long because they had to remake my pizza but they handled it perfectly well and professionally and honestly it was some of the best customer service I’ve experienced from any Pizza Hut!

Amazing staff here!!! I don't have not one bad thing to say about any of them they all have the best customer service and my food is always on point the one time there was a mix up on my order they went above and beyond to make it right they are effective down to earth and friendly as can be my whole family has been in there to pull up orders and they always say the same thing when they come out " they are so nice in there" lol keep up the great work this is our favor PH

I always order from pizza hut from Collierville but my mom has cancer an we ordered from the Cordova store..I called an the guy couldn't hardly speak I tryed to place a order an after being put on hold back an fourth he mumbled ok b e 30 to 40 min..I called back 15min later an a lady answered the phone saying she don't see my order..was put on hold again for 10 min..they hung up..I called back an she transferred me so I gave Marcos pizza the 42$ order...pizza hut in Cordova won't get my business

Terrible service. We never received our food after waiting 75 minutes. The order was marked delivered by the staff. However we when called to report that we had not received it, we were told by a supervisor that the driver had just walked out the door...how convenient. The pizza never arrived and as yet the promised refund has not appeared...naturally that is taking a long time too. I am sure it has also been marked "delivered". One last thing, the single pepperoni lovers pizza with extra cheese on thin crust, came to $35 with all the added fees, taxes and tip. The base price for the pizza was $14.99...

The call center screwed up my order something serious. I ordered delivery. They entered the wrong delivery address and force me to hunt down my pizza. I told him to send it to Cordova location and my pizza was still not in the system. Thanks to Miss Ann and her staff. My child birthday party did not get ruined even though I had to wait three hours for pizza Miss Ann and her staff was determined to help me Resolve my issue and this party can go on thank you so much
