The food is super tasty and the staff very friendly. Nice alternative for when you want to eat a lunch without meat or want to take a quick sandwich with you. The lemon citrus cupcake was also very tasty! Recommended!
My husband and I were traveling through Memphis and found PBHE on Happy Cow. It was a short walk from our hotel. We ordered the tuna salad sandwich and the BBQ vegan smoked sausage sandwich with cole slaw. Oh, my stars. As a vegan of over 15 years, the tuna salad sandwich was the best I’ve ever had. This vegan food is delicious. It doesn’t matter what Plant Based Heat location you go it’s going to always be delicious. Whitney’s customer service & knowledge about vegan foods is superb. I’ve tried the meatballs, Classic Burger, Chickpea tuna, sautéed spinach, MacNcheese, vegan wings, beans, etc. & they all are delicious. Can’t wait to go back!
