I have eaten vegan food all over the world and can say that this was some of the most tastiest vegan food to date! I had a beyond burger that was cooked to perfection with a lovely hickory taste. The Mac and Cheese was also delicious ! As were the greens and cauliflower. And the owner, RJ, is so lovely and personable. Can't wait to come back to Memphis to eat more of this food!

I am so glad we took a car out here. This food is incredible. These might be the best “wings” I have ever had. They’re perfectly flavored and seasoned with an authentic southern (but not spicy) spice blend. It tastes like KFC. They also have spicy wings on the menu if you’re into that. The Jackfruit BBQ sandwich has the perfect flavor profile for Memphis BBQ. The chicken sandwich was delicious. Light crispy chicken patty w pickles and mayo. I added ranch, which was next level.
They have house made sauces such as ranch blue cheese golden etc. there all delicious.
The cole slaw is the chef’s mother’s recipe and it’s brilliant. So so so good. I got seconds.
Cannot recommend this spot enough.

So that being said, this place serves the greatest, most delicious and absolute perfect mac & cheese I've ever eaten. Anywhere. Ever. And that's all I need to say.

Customer service is always top tier. Today I tried the vegan wings, or the vings. I wasn't too crazy about those. My fries were a little too salty. My favorite is still the Fye Junt😍😍😍

I’m not a person that usually steps out of the box for the selection of restaurants, but OMG! im glad I did! My First time going, the food and atmosphere was EVERYTHING! They are very kind and welcoming. And the food … oh my, the food! SCRUMPTIOUS!!!

I’ve been following this place on social media anticipating the day I could try it out. There were so many good options I couldn’t decide what to order but settled in the “fish” basket and bratwurst with onions and peppers.
The food took about 20 minutes which was less time than I expected. The bratwurst was very tasty but loaded so the bun didn’t hold up well and it ended up being very sloppy. Also the onions and peppers didn’t add much with so save your $2.
The katfish basket was a tad disappointing. The mushrooms were fried way too long and the batter seemed to be the only seasoning. In Nashville fish is typically served with white bread, onions, and mustard so that was also missing for me. I do think with a few adjustments and some vegan tarter like sauce, it could be a very tasty selection. The fries and vegan ranch were excellent.
All in all if Happy Cow allowed, I’d give this place 3.5 stars. I am actually looking forward to going back to try the burgers and vings.

Excellent vegan food. I've tried the pecan philly, sweet potato tots, lions mane vings, oyster mushroom basket with seasoned fries and taco mac. All were amazing. The fresh lemonade is a must try as well. The staff is super friendly and helpful. There are limited seats (though I always find a seat). The only con is that they are a long way from where I live.
Got a burger, sausage, & fries. They were all delicious. We didn't try any of the spicy food, but it also looked really good.

I was insanely sick (entirely unrelated to the food) when I went here but still enjoyed it. That says something because enjoying food while sick is hard. Gonna have to give it another go when I’m well and in memphis

I wish I could have given more stars, but the food just wasn't all that great. The taco mac was super creamy and heavy with the cheese sauce. I ended up throwing it out after a couple bites. I really liked the veggie vings though (agave gold- I think it was called). I've had better ranch sauce, but it wasn't bad. I wish the wings had like little sticks on it like we have in alabama. Um and the jack fruit nachos was not good. It was drenched with jackfruit, bbqsauce and cheese. I don't really like jackfruit, so it might just be a preference thing, but I thought I would try it anyway. I didn't like it. The cheese on the nachos was good though.
