I stopped here as I was in town for work and staying nearby. I was greeted when I walked in and when I left. I had the Duke and the bowl was pretty damn good. I was not expecting this good of a bowl in Memphis but it rivaled others I’ve had on both coasts. Nice job y’all.

I ate at Poke Bros for the first time this week. I enjoyed it very much! I chose to build my own bowl. For the protein, I went with the ahi tuna. Delicious bowl. I left nothing behind.

This is a great and lighter alternative to the fast food and steakhouses nearby on Poplar. There are lots of different options, and this is a unique taste for Memphis. I plan on making this a regular spot for convenient weeknight dinners. If you are hungry, I suggest getting a salad bowl and another one with rice as the base.

The food is great, however, the staff is rude and have very bad attitudes. The three ladies that work here never greet upon entering the restaurant and I always feel rushed and unwelcome. The staff has an extremely dry demeanor and look mad every time I come here and at this point I’m ready try a new Poke restaurant. They literally just stare at you awkwardly. My mom has complained of the same issues at this location with the customer service. I will miss the food but it’s not worth coming here and feeling uncomfortable. The atmosphere also feels cold and the horrible customer service makes it worse. I will not be returning.
Visited Memphis for the holidays from Houston and decided to try this place. I found customer service to be a bit strange and rushed. I built my own poke bowl and the fish was good and fresh. The veggies did not seem so fresh or quality making the bowl overall not too flavorful.

The food here is pretty good. The lack of fountain drinks and the large plastic wall they have all over are really the only draw backs. I also wouldn't be upset if they actually filled their serving spoons up with tuna when they made your bowl.

I gave it 2 star deductions because I walked in and said hello, this was my first time coming to this restaurant, and the staff just stared at me silently blank-faced it was the weirdest thing. I gave it another star deduction because a customer who was eating had a half-finished bowl and wanted more wonton strips. I can't 100% blame the employee, but they went with it as the girl bumped into me as I was paying to stick her half-eaten bowl behind the counter as they plopped more wonton strips in her bowl that's half-eaten?? The bowl I had, which was the customized one, was very good and fresh, so the food was great. I'm not looking for employees to sing and dance when I walk in, but a greeting makes a difference. So many establishments are missing that, and it sets the tone for everything, especially for new customers.
