I haver never gotten anything that wasn't delicious! Chef Sinh produces not only tasty food but it is very generously portioned as well. The service is always friendly and relatively quick for such detailed dishes. But, if you are ordering more than a couple of things, be reasonable and just call your dang order in!

This is the place to go for sashimi, sushi, and salmon poke bowls. We got the assorted platter and it was amazingly put together with enough soy sauce, ginger, and wasabi for 8-10 people. Everything is fresh and prepared to perfection!

I can not say enough good things about Jimi and everything he makes!I first "discovered" Sushi Jimi at the restaurant where he work prior to opening the food truck. I loved his sushi and preparations so much that I was there at least once a month. Recently I was told Poke Paradise 901 was going to be in my neighborhood and I could not pass it up because I hadn't been yet. I immediately made plans for dinner and later walked up to the gorgeous shiny red food truck. It was a perfect day outside with a light breeze. I only ordered the geisha burrito because no one was able to join me and I wasn't going to be able to eat more. This burrito has spicy tuna, yellowtail, avocado, cucumber, and Arcadian greens. I definitely was not disappointed. The fish was fresh and the taste was amazing. Jimi always serves fresh fish and prides himself in his art. It does not stop at the food truck! He offers catering, private dinners, and live sushi events. No matter what dish or meal service you decide on from Poke Paradise 901, you can't go wrong.
