The freshness and consistency of the proteins are spot on. We've been a little hit and miss lately over the toppings. Sometimes, there may be no cilantro. Sometimes, they may be out of kimchi. These are necessarily deal breakers as you can just ask for a little extra of your favorite 'in-stock' topping. The staff is always nice and courteous and the place clean.

The boba yea was amazing!! I got the dalgona coffee, brown sugar boba and a mango yogurt split into 2 cups for my twins. They have a cute backdrop to take photos and post. There wasn’t any wait and plenty of seating. The bathroom was clean, which I loved. The staff was helpful and asked if we needed any recommendations.

The food bar was left with the lids open, maybe that’s why the ingredients are not fresh. Asian girl up front was giving bad vibes. But the atmosphere was cool and sauces were good.
This is my first time visiting a Poke World location and my experience was positive. I truly enjoyed the atmosphere as it was very warm and inviting. The decor is absolutely beautiful. The customer service is great!!! The young lady working here was very polite and instructed me to use the sheet to create my bowl. I ordered a 3 protein bowl and all of the ingredients were fresh. The strawberry boba slush was good as well. I highly recommend and I will be returning soon!

I’m a regular at Poke World Restaurant, and I always come back for their Milk Boba .The boba pearls are perfectly chewy with just the right amount of sweetness, and the milk tea is creamy and delicious. The balance of flavors is spot-on—not too sweet, not too bland.
