1st time going yesterday, when we arrived to pickup order the lady was kinda rude. Rib tips had to much fat on it and my coleslaw and potato salad had a weird aftertaste. Will go back to retry the rib tips (the mild sauce was good) 4/14/24

Stopped by to check out the ribs and the chicken. They both were good. I chose the honey gold chicken and opted for bbq sauce on the side since I like my ribs dry. Will definitely go back.

It was my first time trying "Memphis BBQ" and I can honestly say people in Memphis know what they're doing when it comes down to some good bbq, it took a while to get the food but it was worth the wait...I had the ribs with potatoe salad & baked beans...everything was as delicious as advertised...I will be visiting again!!! Thank you pollards bbq for the experience!!!

I am a huge Dallas cowboy fan and their son played for Dallas and this was their family business. The service and food was awesome.
I called in to order a turkey BBQ sandwich (or nachos) since they are one of the few establishments that have turkey options. Unfortunately, after calling, I was placed on hold to hear three order inside being taken. Then, it sounded like another customer came in, and she recieved their order. At this point, I had been on hold between 7-10 minutes. Therefore, I hung up and called back only to be placed back on hold for another five minutes. So, I hung up and called again. When I called this time, I started saying my order as she finished her greeting. Again, she placed me on hold.Needless to say, I didn't eat at the establishment this particular day. I really wish I could receive better call-in service, so that I can patronize them during my lunch break.The food is good when I get it, but I very rarely choose this place as a lunch break option because it's too difficult to call in and order. Needs much improvement.I recommend that you go to the establishment if you're trying to order. Otherwise, there is no gain on calling the play like the restaurant's namesake.

My mom told me about this place for so many years and told me how great they food was. Baby when I say the food was amazing and I don't even eat barbecue really but she said it was great and my mom was right. She told me how they use to come to FedEx and bring them pork shoulder and the food is good. The wings hunny ? you have to try. I will return.
