They suck at everything. It always takes 30 minutes or more to visit this location. The inside is always closed so you can't wash your hands or use the bathroom before your meal. They are always rude. The food is always wrong. It's basically the worst Popeyes. Which is not hard to believe since they are almost all like this. Stay clear of this place.

I pulled up to the drive thru to place a order for a 2pc with red beans and rice and add Coleslaw. I was asked did i want to add coleslaw and i said yes. I was then told there wasn't any coleslaw and when I tried to order wings I was told they were frozen, so they didn't have any. Oh and also I was told to slow down...I was ordering to fast. Customer service is key.

Food was fine. The cashier was the rudest employee I have ever run into, and for no reason. The two people in front of me that I saw were very friendly. I was friendly. He does not need to be working with the public. I would call him by name, but he didn’t give me a receipt, probably for that reason alone. But the neck tat of “69” should give you a hint.

Food was hot and fresh but so were their attitudes🥴
Walked in but couldn’t sit down while my husband ordered cause it was too nasty in the lobby. Tables covered in crumbs and so was the floor. Again, the food was hot and fresh but it was dirty af in there. Won’t be going back.

Today I went to buy and ordered a Chicken cheese sandwich apart from my normal chicken order, they didn’t give me the sandwich and the chicken was raw and the truth is it’s not the first time it happens, I’ve lost the desire to return.

I just ordered the family tender bundle with a side of red beans and rice. I waited in the drive-thru for about 25-30 minutes. I didn’t mind because I was expecting everything to be fresh. As we drove away, I was excited to eat the fresh fries, but they were barely warm. The chicken was hard and dried out, and we didn't even receive the red beans and rice. I tried calling them but no answer.
What a serious let down.

The parking lot is not well lit. There is confusion on who will take the payment and present the order.

Terrible experience. I sat in the drive thru line with 4 cars in front of me for a whole hour to only get to the speaker and speak with an incompetent young lady to not get my order right.

Ordered at the drive through. With only 2 cars ahead of me, it still took a while for the employee to take my order. Ordered jalapeños to go with my meal but did not get them even though I was charged for them. Against my better judgment, I failed to confirm that they were in the bag. I’m giving up fast food for sure. I can’t deal with the disappointment.
