I stopped by this Popeyes for a quick bite, and honestly, I should’ve just kept driving. First red flag: the drive-thru menu screen was completely black. When I told the woman on the speaker to “hold on” so I could pull the menu up on my phone (because I couldn’t see anything), she hit me with an attitude like I was inconveniencing her. Mind you—no one was behind me.
I began placing my order, then asked for just one sauce — she told me it would be $0.75. Nearly a dollar for one sauce? Come on. I ordered the pickle chicken sandwich, pulled up to the window, and the young dark-skinned girl with the piercing above her lip just handed me the food—and didn’t even take payment. If I wasn’t honest, I could’ve driven off with it. I tapped my phone to pay and parked to eat.
I wish I had left. The sandwich was not what I ordered, was sticky, cold, and tasted old. Between the attitude, the overpriced sauce, and the garbage food—this was a complete waste of money.
Do better, Popeyes. Never again.

only 4 people working and none of them moved like they had a job to do. ordered my food from the mobile app to be ready 20 mins later, got there at the 20 min mark and it wasn't ready. then stood there for another 30 mins before they got it done. Everyone there has the same wait time, yet they didn't have enough actual orders to justify the wait. but them walking around in slow motion and with an attitude like they didn't want to be there explained why it took so long. the guy at the counter was more interested in flirting with his coworker. no one greeted anyone, or asked why we came directly to the pickup counter instead of ordering to see what we needed. I had to verbally get his attention and even then, he just glanced at me with no acknowledgement and then walked over the register to take another order. then eventually looked at me to find out what I needed, and that was the point my order actually started to get made, as he slowly walked my ticket across the kitchen to the girl he was flirting with to have her start on it. That was already 10 mins past the time it should have already been made. If you care about your time, don't go to this store. It's sad that this seems to be a common trend in this region for Popeyes that the wait time his horrible and the workers don't care about you or act like they want to be there. yet another Popeyes location to mark off my list to ever visit again.. just sad. Oh yea, biscuits were stale and chicken wasn't hot. go figure.

I watched 10 cars go through the drive-through line and watched a doordash employee wait on an order of 6 wings for 30 minutes. When he contacted the store after being told his order was ready, they told him they had just dropped the order.

Waited 40minutes then was told couldn't take any orders ,very poor service and nasty attitude.
Nasty!! I have never ate at a Popeyes where the food tasted so old that I was scared I was gonna get sick, I’m still not sure I won’t. I’m not sure how they thought I would eat the red beans and rice because they didn’t give me any utensils. They need to clean the inside of this place, not sell old chicken, dry old biscuits, and they could be a little friendlier. Overall, I’m just disappointed, I’ve never been to a bad Popeyes until now. This one takes the award.!!!🤢Horribly managed.

My wife and I visited this location on 4/9/25 at 8:30 PM and went through the drive-thru to place our order. There was an SUV ahead of us that had pulled forward to wait for their food. After receiving our drinks, we were asked to pull forward as well because our order was waiting on biscuits. A young lady informed us it would take about 40 seconds, then revised it to 30 seconds.
We complied and pulled forward. Shortly after, the same young lady brought food out to the SUV. However, 10 minutes later, we were still waiting. The young lady came out again, empty-handed, and returned inside without saying anything. Meanwhile, we noticed cars behind us receiving their orders and driving around us.
Frustrated, I got out of the car to inquire about our food. The young lady stuck her head out of the drive-thru window and asked what we were waiting for. When I explained we were still waiting for our order, she aggressively shut the window. I then went inside to the lobby to request a refund, only to be met with verbal abuse from the same young lady. This day and age our youth. So I inquired about the manager who was seated along side of the same young trying to quiet her down. If only she knew.

Not worth my time on my last visit. I was asked to pull up because there was a wait on mild after waiting 20mins I went inside to get my food, the manager was coming out with the food of the car behind me (it was a larger order). I had 1 meal, no drink. I got home only to discover I was giving spicy chicken, even though I ordered mild & waited almost 30 mins for it. It will be a while before I return.
