Currently sitting in line on A Friday night.It's 10:31pm, been here since 10:10pmInstead of telling customers at speaker they are closed (It says 12am on google) they are waking around ignoring all customers who pulls up to speakerI'm tired of my time and gas being ignored but these people wanna get paid.I will be posting on every restaurant in memphis who does this.It's always my black people who lack in these areas but always complainingThe only employee I see is a Black young lady with scalp braids down her back walking around cleaning, with no headset on so I know we're purposely being ignoredThey have a line to the street and you will wonder, late night sales suck and labor isn't being met.

My husband ordered the 10 piece family meal from them on Sunday evening. The chicken was dry and cooked in old oil. It was digusting! I was so disappointed! The bisquits were good and the red beans and rice was okay. But, the chicken was trash!

They didn't give me my other drink, which I was charged for it, or my condiments and straws and dipping sauce
I ordered in the app and was told that I still had to go through the drive thru and wait in a long line. I can't believe even the door dash driver was told to wait in the line that was out in the street. Why order in the app if you can't go in and pick it up. NEVER AGAIN ?. The app is supposed to be faster and more convenient!!! I also, didn't get the two strawberry biscuits that I paid for either!?
Excellent spot for fast service. I ordered a 6 piece Ghost Pepper and they hooked it up fast and efficiently. The flavor of the ghost pepper being part of the breading instead of just a sauce was a kind of curveball at first and I almost returned the order but the cashier politely explained there was no sauce involved. They're very tasty but kind of bland for being ghost pepper. Much less heat and more flavor. A good mix. Clean lobby but the bathroom was a just a little dirty. Which is more expected around an area like this.

This location is very rachet. I had a pick up order at this place today and the older female worker was rude. I asked when it would be ready and she simply stated that she didn't know and walked off. That's very unprofessional and rude. If you have mobile orders, they should be ready at pick up. Hire people that are more.pleasant, that actually values their job and want to be at work. The customer keep your place of business open and we don't want to be treated rude.
I must say they impressed me this round. Even though their line was long, they were moving at a great pace. Love the customer service, plus the food was hot and good. Those new wings they have are the bomb for real.
Chicken great. Fries great, biscuits mouth watering. Plus I love the butter packets. I'm a fat guy, in a thin guy outfit!!Don't miss any side also.

Ordering online for this location is a complete joke! I placed an order 15 minutes prior (my second time giving it a try) yet I still waited another 30+ minutes for the food. My order wasn’t large at all. Yes the food is good, but unless you have plenty of time on your hands I wouldn’t recommend coming here.
The workers didn't unlock to let customers come inside to place orders. I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes with 17 cars ahead of me before pulling off. I was so disappointed and is still hungry. 10:45
