I asked for a breast that gave me a chicken wing The cashier gave me a smile and said there was a breast in there I did not have time because I was running late for work so I did not look at my order this is the third time this location to give a chicken wing instead of a breast. Please check your order cuz they will give you the wrong size and the wrong type of drink

They gave me the wrong order and when I tried to return it they told me they were closed and the register was already count down. The cashier was very rude and didn’t bother to apologize or try to assist. Definitely won’t be returning other than to get my refund.
I went into Popeyes with 3 other people. Nobody else was in line. There seemed to be 5 people working. Only one person took and prepared our orders one at a time. Each of us ordered a 3 piece tender and fries combo. The lady was extremely nice, but the others should have helped her. By the time we left, there was a line to the door. The food was great, although they didn't have the strawberry biscuits we went there to get.
They never have chicken and fish… this is ridiculous. Why are you open???

15 min wait to place my order (2 cars ahead of me). Standard for Memphis. They only have nuggets and ghost wings. Whatever. 40 minutes later and only 1 car has actually gotten their food. Would've left sooner, but was trapped until that 1 car got their food. How is this place still open? Horrible, even for Memphis.

This Popeyes is terrible. They never have all the order in for the store and the manager is never there and they are always out of stuff “ALWAYS”#this is a case of somebody is stealing the food. Check the inventory headquarters because something is wrong if they keep running out of food every single day almost. Need to close down if that’s the case.negative 10 if I could’ve picked it. We waited in that line all that time just for them to say what they don’t have.SmH
